Abstract
1. Применение биоактивного средства, способного повышать внутриклеточную концентрацию Hsp70 путем усиления экспрессии гена Hsp70, отличающееся тем, что биоактивное средство представляет собой производное гидроксиламина, для лечения лизосомной болезни накопления.2. Применение по п. 1, где указанное биоактивное средство способно усиливать экспрессию гена Hsp70 при сопутствующем стрессе.3. Применение по п. 1, где указанное производное гидроксиламина представляет собой бимокломол или его структурный аналог.4. Применение по п. 1, где указанное производное гидроксиламина выбрано из группы, состоящей из аримокломола, BRX-220, BRX-345, бимокломола, BRLP-42 и BGP-15.5. Применение по п. 1, где указанное производное гидроксиламина представляет собой аримокломол (BRX-220 или BRX-345).6. Применение по п. 1, где указанное биоактивное средство составлено в виде фармацевтической композиции, дополнительно содержащей фармацевтически приемлемый носитель.7. Применение по п. 1, где указанное лечение является профилактическим, терапевтическим, излечивающим или смягчающим.8. Применение по п. 1, где указанная лизосомная болезнь накопления выбрана из группы, состоящей из болезни Ниманна-Пика, болезни Фарбера, болезни Краббе, болезни Фабри, болезни Гоше, сиалидоза, метахроматической лейкодистрофии и дефицита сапозинов.9. Применение по п. 8, где указанная болезнь Ниманна-Пика выбрана из группы, состоящей из болезни Ниманна-Пика типа A, болезни Ниманна-Пика типа B, болезни Ниманна-Пика типа C и болезни Ниманна-Пика типа D.10. Claims (18)
1. Применение биоактивного средства, способного повышать внутриклеточную концентрацию Hsp70 путем усиления экспрессии гена Hsp70, отличающееся тем, что биоактивное средство представляет собой производное гидроксиламина, для лечения лизосомной болезни накопления.
2. Применение по п. 1, где указанное биоактивное средство способно усиливать экспрессию гена Hsp70 при сопутствующем стрессе.
3. Применение по п. 1, где указанное производное гидроксиламина представляет собой бимокломол или его структурный аналог.
4. Применение по п. 1, где указанное производное гидроксиламина выбрано из группы, состоящей из аримокломола, BRX-220, BRX-345, бимокломола, BRLP-42 и BGP-15.
5. Применение по п. 1, где указанное производное гидроксиламина представляет собой аримокломол (BRX-220 или BRX-345).
6. Применение по п. 1, где указанное биоактивное средство составлено в виде фармацевтической композиции, дополнительно содержащей фармацевтически приемлемый носитель.
7. Применение по п. 1, где указанное лечение является профилактическим, терапевтическим, излечивающим или смягчающим.
8. Применение по п. 1, где указанная лизосомная болезнь накопления выбрана из группы, состоящей из болезни Ниманна-Пика, болезни Фарбера, болезни Краббе, болезни Фабри, болезни Гоше, сиалидоза, метахроматической лейкодистрофии и дефицита сапозинов.
9. Применение по п. 8, где указанная болезнь Ниманна-Пика выбрана из группы, состоящей из болезни Ниманна-Пика типа A, болезни Ниманна-Пика типа B, болезни Ниманна-Пика типа C и болезни Ниманна-Пика типа D.
10. Применение по п. 1, где указанная лизосомная болезнь накопления представляет собой болезнь накопления липидов (или липидоз).
11. Применение по п. 10, где указанная болезнь накопления липидов выбрана из группы, состоящей из сфинголипидозов, ганглиозидозов и лейкодистрофий.
12. Применение по п. 1, где указанная лизосомная болезнь накопления выбрана из группы, состоящей из мукополисахаридозов, болезней накопления гликопротеинов (или гликопротеиноза) и муколипидозов.
13. Применение по п. 1, где указанное биоактивное средство подлежит назначению в комбинации по меньшей мере с одним другим способом лечения лизосомной болезни накопления.
14. Применение по п. 13, где указанный по меньшей мере один другой способ лечения лизосомной болезни накопления выбран из группы, состоящей из заместительной терапии ферментом (ERT); терапии снижения субстрата; трансплантации; кортикостероидов; обезболивающих; симптоматической и поддерживающей терапии; и белка Hsp70 или его функционального фрагмента или варианта, характеризующегося гомологией от 99,9 до 90% относительно сохраняющего активность белка дикого типа, причем указанные белок Hsp70 или его функциональный фрагмент или вариант Hsp70 содержит АТФазный домен Hsp70.
15. Применение по п. 14, где указанная заместительная терапия ферментом выбрана из группы, состоящей из имиглюцеразы, миглустата, агалсидазы бета и агалсидазы альфа.
16. Применение по п. 14, где указанная трансплантация выбрана из группы, состоящей из трансплантации костного мозга, трансплантации пуповинной крови и трансплантации стволовых клеток.
17. Лекарственное средство, способное повышать внутриклеточную концентрацию Hsp70 путем усиления экспрессии гена Hsp70, отличающееся тем, что лекарственное средство представляет собой производное гидроксиламина, для лечения лизосомной болезни накопления.
18. Применение биоактивного средства, способного повышать внутриклеточную концентрацию Hsp70 путем усиления экспрессии гена Hsp70, отличающееся тем, что указанное биоактивное средство представляет собой производное гидроксиламина, для производства лекарственного средства для лечения лизосомной болезни накопления.
