Abstract

1. Клеевая композиция, содержащая полимерный компонент, который имеет температуру стеклования или как температуру стеклования, так и точку плавления, обе равные 40°С или ниже, имеет главную цепь произвольной структуры и имеет эпоксигруппы и сшиваемые серой центры.2. Клеевая композиция по п.1, дополнительно содержащая сшивающий агент или сшивающий агент и ускоритель сшивки.3. Клеевая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой полимерный компонент содержит высокомолекулярный полимер, имеющий среднечисленный молекулярный вес от 150000 до 2000000.4. Клеевая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой полимерный компонент дополнительно содержит низкомолекулярный полимер, средневесовой молекулярный вес которого составляет от 2000 до 100000.5. Клеевая композиция по п.3, в которой полимерный компонент дополнительно содержит низкомолекулярный полимер, средневесовой молекулярный вес которого составляет от 2000 до 100000.6. Способ приклеивания пленки к невулканизованному каучуку, включающий: размещение клеевой композиции по любому из пп.1-5 между пленкой и невулканизованным каучуком с последующей вулканизацией невулканизованного каучука, в результате чего пленка приклеивается к невулканизованному каучуку.7. Способ приклеивания пленки к невулканизованному каучуку по п.6, в котором пленка содержит любой компонент из сополимера на основе этиленвинилового спирта, полимера на уретановой основе, полимера на олефиновой основе или полимера на диеновой основе.8. Способ приклеивания пленки к невулканизованному каучуку по п.6 или 7, в котором клеящую массу, содержащую клеевую композицию, растворенную в подходящем растворителе, наносят на пленку или невулканизова�

Claims (11)

1. Клеевая композиция, содержащая полимерный компонент, который имеет температуру стеклования или как температуру стеклования, так и точку плавления, обе равные 40°С или ниже, имеет главную цепь произвольной структуры и имеет эпоксигруппы и сшиваемые серой центры.
2. Клеевая композиция по п.1, дополнительно содержащая сшивающий агент или сшивающий агент и ускоритель сшивки.
3. Клеевая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой полимерный компонент содержит высокомолекулярный полимер, имеющий среднечисленный молекулярный вес от 150000 до 2000000.
4. Клеевая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой полимерный компонент дополнительно содержит низкомолекулярный полимер, средневесовой молекулярный вес которого составляет от 2000 до 100000.
5. Клеевая композиция по п.3, в которой полимерный компонент дополнительно содержит низкомолекулярный полимер, средневесовой молекулярный вес которого составляет от 2000 до 100000.
6. Способ приклеивания пленки к невулканизованному каучуку, включающий: размещение клеевой композиции по любому из пп.1-5 между пленкой и невулканизованным каучуком с последующей вулканизацией невулканизованного каучука, в результате чего пленка приклеивается к невулканизованному каучуку.
7. Способ приклеивания пленки к невулканизованному каучуку по п.6, в котором пленка содержит любой компонент из сополимера на основе этиленвинилового спирта, полимера на уретановой основе, полимера на олефиновой основе или полимера на диеновой основе.
8. Способ приклеивания пленки к невулканизованному каучуку по п.6 или 7, в котором клеящую массу, содержащую клеевую композицию, растворенную в подходящем растворителе, наносят на пленку или невулканизованный каучук для размещения клеевой композиции между пленкой и невулканизованным каучуком.
9. Способ приклеивания пленки к невулканизованному каучуку по п.6 или 7, в котором клеевой композиции перед размещением ее между пленкой и невулканизованным каучуком придают форму листа.
10. Ламинат, образованный способом приклеивания пленки к невулканизованному каучуку по любому из пп.6-9.
11. Шина, в которой использован ламинат по п.10.
