Description
加圧反応槽に、エチレン含量44モル%、ケン化度99.9%のエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体(190℃、2160g荷重下でのMFR:5.5g/10分)2質量部及びN−メチル−2−ピロリドン8質量部を仕込み、120℃で2時間加熱撹拌して、エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体を完全に溶解させた。これにエポキシ化合物としてエポキシプロパン0.4質量部を添加後、160℃で4時間加熱した。加熱終了後、蒸留水100質量部に析出させ、多量の蒸留水で充分にN−メチル−2−ピロリドン及び未反応のエポキシプロパンを洗浄し、変性エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体を得た。
比較例1〜3、実施例1〜24、29、30では、東洋精機社製二軸押出機を用いて表3〜6に記載の樹脂を下記押出条件で製膜し、厚さ20μmの単層フィルムを作製した。
スクリュー:20mmφ、フルフライト
シリンダー、ダイ温度設定:C1/C2/C3/ダイ=200/200/200/200℃
実施例26〜28の3層フィルム(熱可塑性ポリウレタン層/変性EVOH層/熱可塑性ポリウレタン層)は、得られた変性EVOH共重合体と、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)[(株)クラレ製クラミロン3190]とを使用し、2種3層共押出装置を用いて、下記共押出成形条件で作製した。変性EVOH層及びTPU層の厚みは共に20μmである。なお、実施例25の3層フィルムは、熱可塑性ポリウレタンの代わりに変性PE(日本ポリエチレン製アドテックス)を使用した以外は実施例26〜28と同様にして作製した。
層構成:熱可塑性ポリウレタン/変性EVOH/熱可塑性ポリウレタン
(厚み(μm):20/20/20)
各樹脂の押出温度:C1/C2/C3/ダイ=170/170/200/200℃
各樹脂の押出機仕様:
熱可塑性ポリウレタン:25mmφ押出機P25−18AC[大阪精機工作株式会社製]
変性EVOH:20mmφ押出機ラボ機ME型CO−EXT[株式会社東洋精機製]
Tダイ仕様:500mm幅2種3層用[株式会社プラスチック工学研究所製]
冷却ロールの温度:50℃
引き取り速度:4m/分
隣接ゴム(ブチルゴム系)には、天然ゴム30質量部及び臭素化ブチルゴム[JSR製,Bromobutyl 2244]70質量部に対して、GPFカーボンブラック[旭カーボン(株)製,#55]60質量部、SUNPAR2280[日本サン石油(株)製]7質量部、ステアリン酸[旭電化工業(株)製]1質量部、NOCCELER DM[大内新興化学工業(株)製]1.3質量部、酸化亜鉛[白水化学工業(株)製]3質量部及び硫黄[軽井沢精錬所製]0.5質量部を配合して調製したゴム組成物を用いた。
隣接ゴム(ジエン系)には、天然ゴム100質量部に対して、GPFカーボンブラック[旭カーボン(株)製,#55]60質量部、SUNPAR2280[日本サン石油(株)製]7質量部、ステアリン酸[旭電化工業(株)製]1質量部、NOCCELER DM[大内新興化学工業(株)製]1.3質量部、酸化亜鉛[白水化学工業(株)製]3質量部及び硫黄[軽井沢精錬所製]0.5質量部を配合して調製したゴム組成物を用いた。
なお、厚さはそれぞれ1mmとした。
表3〜6に示すフィルムに対し、日新ハイボルテージ株式会社製電子線照射装置「生産用キュアトロンEBC200−100」を使用し、加速電圧200kV、照射エネルギー30Mradの条件で電子線照射して架橋処理を施した。次に、表1〜2に示すゴム成分100質量部とその他の成分とを、常法に従って混練りした後、表3〜6に示す有機溶媒(d値:18.2MPa1/2)1000質量部に加え、溶解又は分散させて粘接着剤組成物(セメント)を調製した。該粘接着剤組成物を、粘接着剤組成物の層の厚さが20μmとなるようにテスター産業(株)製「SA203バーコーターNo.55」を用いてフィルムに塗工し、100℃で2分間乾燥処理して粘接着剤組成物層を形成した。ここに、隣接ゴム(未加硫ゴム)を積層し、その後、160℃で15分間未加硫ゴムを加硫することによってフィルムと隣接ゴムを接着させた。なお、表3〜6中の下線はエポキシ基を有するポリマーを示している。
上記方法により合成した変性EVOHからなるフィルムに対し、日新ハイボルテージ株式会社製電子線照射装置「生産用キュアトロンEBC200−100」を使用し、加速電圧200kV、照射エネルギー30Mradの条件で電子線照射して架橋処理を施した。次に、表1に示すゴム成分100質量部とその他の成分とを、常法に従って混練りした後、有機溶媒であるトルエン(d値:18.2MPa1/2)1000質量部に加え、溶解又は分散して粘接着剤組成物を調製した。該粘接着剤組成物からなる塗工液を離型PETフィルム(三菱化学ポリエステルフィルム(株)製「MRF」)の片面に粘接着剤組成物の層の厚さが20μmとなるようにテスター産業(株)製「SA203バーコーターNo.55」を用いて、塗工し、100℃で2分乾燥処理して、粘接着剤組成物層を得た。次いで、フィルムに、該粘接着剤組成物層を転写して積層した。そして、離型PETフィルムを剥がし、フィルム/粘接着剤組成物層(厚さ20μmのシート状)を得た。ここに隣接ゴム(未加硫ゴム)を積層した後、160℃で15分間未加硫ゴムを加硫することによってフィルムと隣接ゴムとを接着させた。
上記方法により合成した変性EVOHからなるフィルムに対し、日新ハイボルテージ株式会社製電子線照射装置「生産用キュアトロンEBC200−100」を使用し、加速電圧200kV、照射エネルギー30Mradの条件で電子線照射して架橋処理を施した。次に、E−NRを含む粘接着剤組成物の練りゴムをシーティングロールで0.5mmにシート化し、フィルムと該シートを押し当てて、フィルム/粘接着剤組成物層を得た。ここに隣接ゴム(未加硫ゴム)を積層した後、165℃で15分間未加硫ゴムを加硫することによってフィルムと隣接ゴムとを接着させた。
JIS Z0237に準拠してプローブタック試験を行ない、タックを測定し、比較例1のタックを1として指数表示した。

Claims (9)
- 融点が存在しない場合には、ガラス転移点が40℃以下であり、融点が存在する場合には、融点およびガラス転移点が40℃以下であるポリマー成分であって、天然ゴムに由来し、主鎖骨格がランダム構造を持ち、エポキシ基を有し、且つ硫黄架橋可能な部位を有するポリマー成分を含み、
前記ポリマー成分は、重量平均分子量が150000〜2000000の高分子量ポリマーであることを特徴とする、少なくとも部分的に架橋されたフィルムと未加硫ゴムとの接着用の粘接着剤組成物。 - 更に、架橋剤、或いは、架橋剤および架橋促進剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘接着剤組成物。
- 更に、重量平均分子量が2000〜100000である低分子量ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の粘接着剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の粘接着剤組成物を、少なくとも部分的に架橋されたフィルムと未加硫ゴムとの間に配設し、その後未加硫ゴムを加硫して前記フィルムと未加硫ゴムとを接着することを特徴とする、少なくとも部分的に架橋されたフィルムと未加硫ゴムとの接着方法。
- 前記フィルムが、エチレン−ビニルアルコール系共重合体、ウレタン系重合体、オレフィン系重合体又はジエン系重合体の何れかを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の少なくとも部分的に架橋されたフィルムと未加硫ゴムとの接着方法。
- 前記粘接着剤組成物を良溶媒に溶解してなるセメントを少なくとも部分的に架橋されたフィルムまたは未加硫ゴムに塗布して、前記粘接着剤組成物を前記フィルムと前記未加硫ゴムとの間に配設することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の少なくとも部分的に架橋されたフィルムと未加硫ゴムとの接着方法。
- 前記粘接着剤組成物をシート状にした後に前記フィルムと前記未加硫ゴムとの間に配設することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の少なくとも部分的に架橋されたフィルムと未加硫ゴムとの接着方法。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の少なくとも部分的に架橋されたフィルムと未加硫ゴムとの接着方法により形成された積層体。
- 請求項8に記載の積層体を使用したタイヤ。
