Description
[0006]一態様において、DVAバリア層をタイヤ層、例えばプライ層に接着させるために空気入りタイヤで使用するために提供されるタイ層は、10〜50部のニトリルゴム、20〜70部の天然ゴム、及び10〜30部の合成ポリイソプレンゴムから選ばれるゴムの混合物100部を有するゴム配合物を含む。ここで該混合物はゴム配合物のゴムの全量である。ゴム配合物はさらに、少なくとも一つの補強充填剤、少なくとも一つの粘着付与剤、及び所望により少なくとも一つのプロセス油を含む。
[0047]このタイ層ゴム配合物は、下記を除いて表Iのゴム配合物と同一であった。すなわち、ニトリルゴムの代わりに特殊ゴムであるエポキシ化天然ゴムを使用し、合成ポリイソプレンゴムもプロセス油も使用しなかった。
[0049]このタイ層ゴム配合物は、65phrの天然ゴムと35phrのニトリルゴムをゴム成分としてこのゴム配合物に利用した以外は表Iのゴム配合物と同一であった。
[0051]このタイ層ゴム配合物は、1phrの(3phrではなく)アルキルフェノールアセチレン樹脂粘着付与剤を利用した以外は比較例Bと同一であった。
[0053]このタイ層ゴム配合物は、2phrの(5phrではなく)無色透明ガムロジンを利用した以外は比較例Bと同一であった。
[0057]本発明を、その一つ又は複数の態様を記載することによって例示してきたが、そしてまた、その態様をかなり詳細に記載してきたが、それらは、添付のクレームの範囲をそのような詳細に制限又は限定することを意図したものでは決してない。追加の利益及び変更は当業者には容易に思い浮かぶであろう。従って、本発明は、その広い側面において、提示及び記載された特定の詳細、代表的製品及び方法及び例示的実施例に限定されない。従って、一般的発明概念の範囲から逸脱することなく、そのような詳細からの逸脱をなすことは可能である。
[発明の態様]
1.空気入りタイヤであって、
硬化された外側トレッドと;
前記外側トレッドの内側に配置され、動的加硫アロイを含むバリア層であって、前記動的加硫アロイは、連続相としてエンジニアリングレジン及び分散相として少なくとも部分加硫されたゴムを含むバリア層と;
前記バリア層と前記トレッドとの間に配置され、ジエンゴムを有するゴム配合物を含むタイヤ層と;そして、
バリア層とタイヤ層との間に及びバリア層とタイヤ層に隣接して配置されたタイ層であって、前記タイ層は、
10〜50部のニトリルゴム、20〜70部の天然ゴム、及び10〜30部の合成ポリイソプレンゴムから選ばれるゴムの混合物100部、ここで前記混合物はゴム配合物のゴムの全量である;
少なくとも一つの補強充填剤;
少なくとも一つの粘着付与剤;及び
所望により少なくとも一つのプロセス油
を含むゴム配合物を含むタイ層と;
を含み、前記タイ層はバリア層及びタイヤ層に直接接着されている空気入りタイヤ。
3.タイヤ層がプライ層である、1記載のタイヤ。
4.バリア層が最内層であり、タイヤ層がプライ層であり、そしてタイ層がバリア層及びプライ層に直接接着されている、1記載のタイヤ。
6.タイ層のためのゴム配合物がプロセス油を含む、1記載のタイヤ。
8.エンジニアリングレジンがポリアミドであり、少なくとも部分加硫されたゴムがハロゲン化ゴムである、1記載のタイヤ。
タイ層として使用するための、そして
10〜50部のニトリルゴム、20〜70部の天然ゴム、及び10〜30部の合成ポリイソプレンゴムから選ばれるゴムの混合物100部、ここで前記混合物はゴム配合物のゴムの全量である;
少なくとも一つの補強充填剤;
少なくとも一つの粘着付与剤;及び
所望により少なくとも一つのプロセス油
を含むゴム配合物を含むゴム物品
を含むタイ層。
11.タイ層のためのゴム配合物がプロセス油を含む、9記載のタイ層。
13.空気入りタイヤの製造法であって、
動的加硫アロイを含むバリア層をタイヤ構築装置上に配置し、前記動的加硫アロイは、連続相としてエンジニアリングレジン及び分散相として少なくとも部分加硫ゴムを含み;
タイ層を直接バリア層上に配置し、前記タイ層は、
10〜50部のニトリルゴム、20〜70部の天然ゴム、及び10〜30部の合成ポリイソプレンゴムから選ばれるゴムの混合物100部、ここで前記混合物はゴム配合物のゴムの全量である;
少なくとも一つの補強充填剤;及び
少なくとも一つの粘着付与剤;及び
所望により少なくとも一つのプロセス油
を含むゴム配合物を含み;
タイヤ層を直接タイ層上に配置し、前記タイヤ層はジエンゴムを有するゴム配合物を含み;そして
トレッドをタイヤ層の外側に配置して未硬化タイヤアセンブリを定義づける
ことを含む方法。
15.バリア層が最内層である、13記載の方法。
17.粘着付与剤が、ガムロジン、アルキルフェノールとアセチレンの縮合物、又はそれらの混合物を含む、13記載の方法。
19.プロセス油がパラフィン系及び/又はナフテン系石油を含む、18記載の方法。
20.エンジニアリングレジンがポリアミドであり、少なくとも部分加硫されたゴムがハロゲン化ゴムである、13記載の方法。

Claims (16)
- 空気入りタイヤであって、
硬化された外側トレッドと;
前記外側トレッドの内側に配置され、動的加硫アロイを含むバリア層であって、前記動的加硫アロイは、連続相としてエンジニアリングレジン及び分散相として少なくとも一つの部分加硫ゴムを含むバリア層と;
前記バリア層と前記トレッドとの間に配置され、ジエンゴムを有するゴム配合物を含むタイヤ層と;そして、
バリア層とタイヤ層との間に及びバリア層とタイヤ層に隣接して配置されたタイ層であって、前記タイ層は、
10〜50部のニトリルゴム、20〜70部の天然ゴム、及び10〜30部の合成ポリイソプレンゴムから選ばれるゴムの混合物100部、ここで前記混合物はゴム配合物のゴムの全量である;
少なくとも一つの補強充填剤;及び
少なくとも一つの粘着付与剤
を含むゴム配合物を含むタイ層と;
を含み、前記タイ層はバリア層及びタイヤ層に直接接着されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - バリア層が最内層である、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- タイヤ層がプライ層である、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- バリア層が最内層であり、タイヤ層がプライ層であり、そしてタイ層がバリア層及びプライ層に直接接着されている、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 粘着付与剤が、ガムロジン、アルキルフェノールとアセチレンの縮合物、又はそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- タイ層のためのゴム配合物が1phr〜15phrのプロセス油を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- プロセス油がパラフィン系及び/又はナフテン系石油を含む、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- エンジニアリングレジンがポリアミドであり、少なくとも部分加硫されたゴムがハロゲン化ゴムである、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 空気入りタイヤの製造法であって、
動的加硫アロイを含むバリア層をタイヤ構築装置上に配置し、前記動的加硫アロイは、連続相としてエンジニアリングレジン及び分散相として少なくとも部分加硫ゴムを含み;
タイ層を直接バリア層上に配置し、前記タイ層は、
10〜50部のニトリルゴム、20〜70部の天然ゴム、及び10〜30部の合成ポリイソプレンゴムから選ばれるゴムの混合物100部、ここで前記混合物はゴム配合物のゴムの全量である;
少なくとも一つの補強充填剤;及び
少なくとも一つの粘着付与剤
を含むゴム配合物を含み;
タイヤ層を直接タイ層上に配置し、前記タイヤ層はジエンゴムを有するゴム配合物を含み;そして
トレッドをタイヤ層の外側に配置して未硬化タイヤアセンブリを定義づける
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 未硬化タイヤアセンブリを、タイ層をバリア層及びタイヤ層に直接接着させるための熱及び圧力条件下で硬化させることをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- バリア層が最内層である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- タイヤ層がプライ層である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 粘着付与剤が、ガムロジン、アルキルフェノールとアセチレンの縮合物、又はそれらの混合物を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- タイ層のためのゴム配合物が1phr〜15phrのプロセス油を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
