Description
・厚み:JIS L1913(2010)6.1、A法に準拠
・目付:JIS L1913(2010)6.2に準拠
・空隙率:不織布の目付をM(g/m2)、厚みをT(mm)、不織布を構成するアラミド繊維の比重をSとして、下記式により算出
空隙率(%)=(1−(M/(T×S×1000)))×100
・厚み:JIS L1913(2010)6.1、A法に準拠
・目付:JIS L1913(2010)6.2に準拠
・5%伸張時荷重、5%伸張時応力:幅10mmにて、不織布の長さ方向と幅方向のそれぞれについて試料長200mmにて切り出し、引張試験機(インストロン社製)を用いて、つかみ間隔100mm、引張り速度120mm/分にて、常温下で引張試験を実施した。長さ方向と幅方向のそれぞれについて、5%伸張された時の荷重を測定して平均値を求め、その値から応力を求めて、5%伸張時荷重と5%伸張時応力を算出した。
・タイヤ質量(指数):作製した各タイヤの質量を測定し、比較例1のタイヤの質量を100とした指数で表示した。数字が小さいほど質量が軽く、良好である。
・実車操縦安定性:内圧200kPaで組み込んだ試験タイヤを排気量2000ccの試験車両に装着し、訓練された3名のテストドライバーが、テストコースを走行し、官能評価した。採点は10段階評価で、比較例1のタイヤを6点とした相対比較にて行い、3人の平均点を比較例1のタイヤを100とした指数で表示した。数字大きいほど操縦安定性が良好である。
・タイヤ荷重耐久性:内圧200kPaで組み込んだ試験タイヤにつき、ドラム試験機を用いて、速度は80km/hで一定にて評価した。試験条件は、JATMA規定の最大荷重の85%で4時間、次に最大荷重の90%で6時間、さらに最大荷重の100%で24時間走行させた後、最大荷重の120%で24時間走行させ、このとき外観及び内面に異常が無ければさらに最大荷重の140%で、故障が起きるまで走行させることとした。故障が発生するまでの走行距離を、比較例1のタイヤを100とした指数で表示した。数字大きいほど荷重耐久性が良好である。
図1に示す断面形状を持つタイヤサイズ195/65R15のラジアルタイヤを試作した。補強層(10)の構成は、下記表1に示す通りであり、各タイヤについて、補強層(10)以外の構成は、全て共通の構成とした。
Claims (4)
- 有機溶媒100質量部にゴム組成物の混練物10〜25質量部を溶解してなるゴム糊を、空隙率が70〜90%の不織布に含浸することによりゴム−不織布複合体を得ること、及び、前記ゴム−不織布複合体を補強層としてタイヤサイド部に埋設すること、を含む空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴム−不織布複合体の未加硫段階での5%伸張時応力が5.0MPa以上である、請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴム−不織布複合体の目付が50〜300g/m2である、請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記補強層は、ビード部からサイドウォール部におけるタイヤ最大幅位置に至るまで設置された、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
