Description
膨張比(%)=(W1/W2)×100
W1=硬化した粘着剤層を一定大きさに切って得た試片を溶剤に浸す前の重量である初期重量、
W2=前記試片を溶剤に浸して一定時間放置し、その次に濾過装置を用いて濾過した後に乾燥させて得た試片の重量である後期重量。
膨張比(%)=(W1/W2)×100
W1=硬化した粘着剤層を一定大きさに切って得た試片を溶剤に浸す前の重量である初期重量、
W2=前記試片を溶剤に浸して一定時間放置し、その次に濾過装置を用いて濾過した後に乾燥させて得た試片の重量である後期重量。
膨張比(%)=(W1/W2)×100
W1=硬化した粘着剤層を一定大きさに切って得た試片を溶剤に浸す前の重量である初期重量、
W2=前記試片を溶剤に浸して一定時間放置し、その次に濾過装置を用いて濾過した後に乾燥させて得た試片の重量である後期重量。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)、イソボルニルアクリレート(IBOA)、及びアクリル酸(AA)を共重合して形成した共重合体5重量%、メチルメタクリレート及びアクリル酸の総和75重量%、2官能性硬化剤6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(6−hexanediol diacrylate、HDDA)0.1重量%、6官能性硬化剤ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate、DPHA)0.1重量%、光開始剤及びその他の添加剤を混合及び攪拌して粘着剤組成物を製造した。
実施例2は、実施例1と同一組成を有する粘着剤組成物を25℃の雰囲気温度下で7.38mW/cm2のUV強度を有するUV光を照射して硬化させた。
比較例1は、実施例1と同一組成を有する粘着剤組成物を5℃の雰囲気温度下で7.38mW/cm2のUV強度を有するUV光を照射して硬化させた。
比較例2は、実施例1と同一組成を有する粘着剤組成物を10℃の雰囲気温度下で7.38mW/cm2のUV強度を有するUV光を照射して硬化させた。
比較例3は、実施例1と同一組成を有する粘着剤組成物を15℃の雰囲気温度下で7.38mW/cm2のUV強度を有するUV光を照射して硬化させた。
比較例4は、実施例1の粘着剤組成物中、イソボルニルアクリレート(IBOA)の代わりにメチルアクリレート(MA)を用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同様に粘着剤組成物を硬化させた。
比較例5は、実施例1で用いたポリエチレン(PE)発泡体の代わりにポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムを用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同様に粘着剤組成物を硬化させた。
1)膨張比の測定:膨張比は下記の式1により計算された。
膨張比(%)=(W1/W2)×100
W1=硬化した粘着剤層を一定大きさに切って得た試片を溶剤に浸す前の重量である初期重量、
W2=前記試片を溶剤に浸して一定時間放置し、その次に濾過装置を用いて濾過した後に乾燥させて得た試片の重量である後期重量。
基材上に実施例及び比較例により粘着剤層を形成し、85℃、85%相対湿度下で3日間保管した後、肉眼で観察して気泡の発生可否を確認した(気泡が発生せず=pass;気泡が発生=fail)。
Claims (8)
- 基材、及び
前記基材の少なくとも一面上に形成された粘着剤層を含み、
前記粘着剤層はエチルヘキシルアクリレートとイソボルニルアクリレートとを含むモノマー混合物を重合して形成されたアクリル系共重合体を含む粘着剤組成物が20〜30℃の雰囲気温度下で6〜8mW/cm2のUV強度を有するUV光の照射によって硬化して形成され、
下記の式1により計算された前記粘着剤層の膨張比(swelling rate)は60%以上である光学用粘着シート:

ここで、
W1=硬化した粘着剤層を一定大きさに切って得た試片を溶剤に浸す前の重量である初期重量、
W2=前記試片を溶剤に浸して一定時間放置し、その次に濾過装置を用いて濾過した後に乾燥させて得た試片の重量である後期重量であり、
前記溶剤は、クロロホルム、エチルアセテート、アセトン、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロパノール、ブタノール及びジメチルホルムアミドからなる群より選択される、光学用粘着シート。 - 前記雰囲気温度下で粘着剤組成物に照射された全体UV光量は1,500mJ/cm2以上である、請求項1に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記粘着剤組成物は、ベンゾイン系開始剤、ヒドロキシケトン系開始剤、アミノケトン系開始剤、カプロラクタム及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された光開始剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- 前記基材は熱可塑性発泡体または熱硬化性発泡体である、請求項1に記載の光学用粘着シート。
- エチルヘキシルアクリレートとイソボルニルアクリレートとを含むモノマー混合物を重合して形成されたアクリル系共重合体を含む粘着剤組成物を形成するステップ、及び
基材の少なくとも一面上に前記粘着剤組成物を塗布し、UV硬化させて粘着剤層を形成するステップを含み、
前記UV硬化は20〜30℃の雰囲気温度下で6〜8mW/cm2のUV強度を有するUV光を用いて行われ、
下記の式1により計算された前記粘着剤層の膨張比(swelling rate)は60%以上である光学用粘着シートの製造方法:

ここで、
W1=硬化した粘着剤層を一定大きさに切って得た試片を溶剤に浸す前の重量である初期重量、
W2=前記試片を溶剤に浸して一定時間放置し、その次に濾過装置を用いて濾過した後に乾燥させて得た試片の重量である後期重量であり、
前記溶剤は、クロロホルム、エチルアセテート、アセトン、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロパノール、ブタノール及びジメチルホルムアミドからなる群より選択される、光学用粘着シートの製造方法。 - 前記雰囲気温度下で粘着剤組成物に照射された全体UV光量は1,500mJ/cm2以上である、請求項5に記載の光学用粘着シートの製造方法。
- 前記粘着剤組成物は、ベンゾイン系開始剤、ヒドロキシケトン系開始剤、アミノケトン系開始剤、カプロラクタム及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された光開始剤をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の光学用粘着シートの製造方法。
- 前記基材は熱可塑性発泡体または熱硬化性発泡体である、請求項5に記載の光学用粘着シートの製造方法。
