Abstract
1. Способ изготовления бумаги с повышенным содержанием наполнителя, включающий следующие стадии:обеспечение смеси частиц наполнителя, по меньшей мере одной упрочняющей добавки и сырьевых волокон целлюлозы;обработка указанных частиц наполнителя некоторой смесью веществ;смешивание указанных частиц наполнителя и сырьевых волокон целлюлозы;обработка полученной смеси по меньшей мере одной упрочняющей добавкой иформирование из полученной смеси матовой бумаги; отличающийся тем, чтопо меньшей мере 10% указанных частиц наполнителя представляют собой осажденный карбонат кальция, и по меньшей мере 10% указанных частиц наполнителя представляют собой измельченный карбонат кальция,указанные сырьевые волокна целлюлозы содержат большое количество целлюлозных волокон и воду, иуказанная смесь веществ усиливает действие упрочняющей добавки в матовой бумаге.2. Способ по п.1, в котором матовая бумага образуется путем удаления некоторого количества воды из указанной смеси.3. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере некоторое количество карбоната кальция находится в форме, выбранной из перечня, включающего недиспергированный карбонат кальция, диспергированную суспензию карбоната кальция, мел, а также любые их смеси.4. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере некоторое количество карбоната кальция находится в форме диспергированной суспензии карбоната кальция, причем указанная диспергированная суспензия карбоната кальция содержит также по меньшей мере одно вещество выбранное из дисперсантов полимерной полиакриловой кислоты, дисперсантов полифосфата натрия, суспензии каолиновой глины, а также любые их смеси.5. Claims (20)
1. Способ изготовления бумаги с повышенным содержанием наполнителя, включающий следующие стадии:
обеспечение смеси частиц наполнителя, по меньшей мере одной упрочняющей добавки и сырьевых волокон целлюлозы;
обработка указанных частиц наполнителя некоторой смесью веществ;
смешивание указанных частиц наполнителя и сырьевых волокон целлюлозы;
обработка полученной смеси по меньшей мере одной упрочняющей добавкой и
формирование из полученной смеси матовой бумаги; отличающийся тем, что
по меньшей мере 10% указанных частиц наполнителя представляют собой осажденный карбонат кальция, и по меньшей мере 10% указанных частиц наполнителя представляют собой измельченный карбонат кальция,
указанные сырьевые волокна целлюлозы содержат большое количество целлюлозных волокон и воду, и
указанная смесь веществ усиливает действие упрочняющей добавки в матовой бумаге.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором матовая бумага образуется путем удаления некоторого количества воды из указанной смеси.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере некоторое количество карбоната кальция находится в форме, выбранной из перечня, включающего недиспергированный карбонат кальция, диспергированную суспензию карбоната кальция, мел, а также любые их смеси.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере некоторое количество карбоната кальция находится в форме диспергированной суспензии карбоната кальция, причем указанная диспергированная суспензия карбоната кальция содержит также по меньшей мере одно вещество выбранное из дисперсантов полимерной полиакриловой кислоты, дисперсантов полифосфата натрия, суспензии каолиновой глины, а также любые их смеси.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная смесь частиц наполнителя представляет собой 50% измельченного карбоната кальция и 50% осажденного карбоната кальция.
6. Способ по п.1. в котором указанная смесь веществ представляет собой коагулянт.
7. Способ по п.1. в котором указанная смесь веществ представляет собой коагулянт, выбранный из перечня, включающего неорганические коагулянты, органические коагулянты, коагулянты конденсационной полимеризации, а также любые их смеси.
8. Способ по п.1. в котором указанная смесь веществ представляет собой коагулянт, молекулярная масса которого составляет от 200 до 1000000.
9. Способ по п.1. в котором указанная смесь веществ представляет собой коагулянт, выбранный из следующего перечня: квасцы, алюминат натрия, хлориды полиалюминия, хлорогидроксид алюминия, хлорид гидроокиси алюминия, гидроксихлорид полиалюминия, сульфированные хлориды полиалюминия, сульфат полиалюминия и двуокиси кремния, сульфат железа, хлорид железа, эпихлорогидриндиметиламин (EPI-DMA), сшитые сополимеры эпихлорогидриндиметиламина, полимеры дихлорида этилена и аммиака, полимеры этилендихлорида, полимеры диметиламина, конденсационные полимеры полифункционального диэтиленамина, конденсационные полимеры полифункционального тетраэтиленпентамина, конденсационные полимеры полифункционального гексаметилендиамина, конденсационные полимеры полифункционального этилендихлорида, меламиновые полимеры, полимеры на основе формальдегидных смол, аддитивные катионноактивные виниловые полимеры, а также любые их смеси.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная смесь веществ представляет собой сополимер акриламид/диаллилдиметилхлорида аммония (AcAm/DADMAC).
11. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная упрочняющая добавка представляет собой глиоксилированный сополимер акриламид/диаллил-диметилхлорида аммония (AcAm/DADMAC).
12. Способ по п.1, в котором соотношение указанной упрочняющей добавки к твердой части матовой бумаги составляет 0,3-5 кг упрочняющей добавки на 1 т матовой бумаги.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере некоторые частицы измельченного карбоната кальция обрабатывают указанной смесью веществ.
14. Способ по п.1, в котором никакие частицы осажденного карбоната кальция не обрабатывают указанной смесью веществ.
15. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная упрочняющая добавки представляет собой катионноактивный крахмал.
16. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная матовая бумага содержит твердую часть, а частицы наполнителя в матовой бумаге составляют более 50% от общей массы указанной твердой части.
17. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная упрочняющая добавка и указанная смесь веществ несут одинаковый заряд.
18. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная смесь частиц наполнителя содержит также одно вещество, выбранное из следующего перечня, включающего органический пигмент, неорганический пигмент, глину, тальк, диоксид титана, тригидрат алюминия, сульфат бария, гидроксид магния, а также любые их сочетания.
19. Смесь веществ для применения в процессе производства бумаги, причем указанная смесь веществ содержит: целлюлозу; смесь частиц наполнителя, содержащую по меньшей мере 10% осажденного карбоната кальция и 10% измельченного карбоната кальция; упрочняющую добавку, а также оболочку, окружающую по меньшей мере некоторые частицы наполнителя, причем указанная оболочка разработана и построена таким образом, чтобы препятствовать слипанию указанной упрочняющей добавки с частицами наполнителя.
20. Способ усиления взаимодействия между упрочняющей добавкой и волокнами целлюлозы, смешанными с частицами наполнителя, причем указанный способ включает следующие стадии:
предварительную обработку частиц наполнителя смесью веществ,
соединение указанных предварительно обработанных частиц наполнителя с волокнами целлюлозы, а также
обработку полученного соединения по меньшей мере одной упрочняющей добавкой, отличающийся тем, что
указанные частицы наполнителя выбирают из следующего перечня, включающего осажденный карбонат кальция, измельченный карбонат кальция и любые их сочетания,
а также тем, что указанная смесь веществ препятствует слипанию упрочняющей добавки с частицами наполнителя.
