Abstract
1. Контроллер двигателя, содержащий: ! датчик положения, определяющий угловое положение двигателя; ! переключающий элемент верхнего плеча, содержащий затвор, приводимый в действие и сформированный для соединения и разъединения соответствующей клеммы двигателя и положительного электрода источника постоянного тока; ! переключающий элемент нижнего плеча, содержащий затвор, приводимый в действие и сформированный для соединения и разъединения соответствующей клеммы двигателя и отрицательного электрода источника постоянного тока; ! процессор, выборочно выводящий сигнал включения либо на переключающий элемент верхнего плеча, либо на переключающий элемент нижнего плеча, основываясь на определенном датчиком положения положении, ! устройство управления затвором верхнего плеча, подающее управляющее напряжение на затвор переключающего элемента верхнего плеча сдвигом уровня сигнала включения от процессора на переключающий элемент верхнего плеча; ! устройство управления затвором нижнего плеча, подающее управляющее напряжение на затвор переключающего элемента нижнего плеча сдвигом уровня сигнала включения от процессора на переключающий элемент нижнего плеча; и ! конденсатор в цепи положительной обратной связи, сформированный с возможностью зарядки, когда переключающий элемент верхнего плеча выключен, и выполняющий функции источника напряжения для устройства управления затвором верхнего плеча, когда переключающий элемент верхнего плеча включен, ! отличающийся тем, что процессор содержит: ! участок процесса установки, устанавливающий коэффициент нагрузки на основе искомой скорости вращения двигател�
Claims (9)
1. Контроллер двигателя, содержащий:
датчик положения, определяющий угловое положение двигателя;
переключающий элемент верхнего плеча, содержащий затвор, приводимый в действие и сформированный для соединения и разъединения соответствующей клеммы двигателя и положительного электрода источника постоянного тока;
переключающий элемент нижнего плеча, содержащий затвор, приводимый в действие и сформированный для соединения и разъединения соответствующей клеммы двигателя и отрицательного электрода источника постоянного тока;
процессор, выборочно выводящий сигнал включения либо на переключающий элемент верхнего плеча, либо на переключающий элемент нижнего плеча, основываясь на определенном датчиком положения положении,
устройство управления затвором верхнего плеча, подающее управляющее напряжение на затвор переключающего элемента верхнего плеча сдвигом уровня сигнала включения от процессора на переключающий элемент верхнего плеча;
устройство управления затвором нижнего плеча, подающее управляющее напряжение на затвор переключающего элемента нижнего плеча сдвигом уровня сигнала включения от процессора на переключающий элемент нижнего плеча; и
конденсатор в цепи положительной обратной связи, сформированный с возможностью зарядки, когда переключающий элемент верхнего плеча выключен, и выполняющий функции источника напряжения для устройства управления затвором верхнего плеча, когда переключающий элемент верхнего плеча включен,
отличающийся тем, что процессор содержит:
участок процесса установки, устанавливающий коэффициент нагрузки на основе искомой скорости вращения двигателя;
участок процесса широтно-импульсной модуляции, модулирующий ширину сигнала включения на основе установленного коэффициента нагрузки; и
участок процесса регулирования выдержки времени, регулирующий интервал обновления определенного положения датчиком положения,
отличающийся тем, что участок процесса установки сформирован для уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки, когда установленный коэффициент нагрузки равен или превышает заданное значение и рассчитанный участком процесса регулирования выдержки времени интервал превышает первый заданный интервал времени.
2. Контроллер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок процесса установки сформирован для уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки, когда установленный коэффициент нагрузки равен или превышает 80% и рассчитанный участком процесса регулирования выдержки времени интервал превышает первый заданный интервал времени.
3. Контроллер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок процесса установки сформирован для уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки на величину от 10 до 50% при уменьшении установленного коэффициента нагрузки.
4. Контроллер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок процесса установки сформирован для повторной установки коэффициента нагрузки на основе искомой скорости вращения двигателя, когда рассчитанный участком процесса регулирования выдержки времени интервал становится короче, чем первый заданный интервал времени, после уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки.
5. Контроллер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок процесса установки сформирован для повторного уменьшения коэффициента нагрузки до нуля процентов, когда рассчитанный участком процесса регулирования выдержки времени интервал превышает второй заданный интервал времени, который больше, чем первый заданный интервал времени, после уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки.
6. Контроллер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок процесса установки сформирован для уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки на величину от 10 до 50%, когда установленный коэффициент нагрузки равен или превышает 80% и рассчитанный участком процесса регулирования выдержки времени интервал превышает первый заданный интервал времени.
7. Контроллер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок процесса установки сформирован для:
повторной установки коэффициента нагрузки на основе искомой скорости вращения двигателя, когда рассчитанный участком процесса регулирования выдержки времени интервал короче, чем первый заданный интервал времени, после уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки; и
повторного уменьшения коэффициента нагрузки до нуля процентов, когда рассчитанный участком процесса регулирования выдержки времени интервал превышает второй заданный интервал времени, который больше, чем первый заданный интервал времени, после уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки.
8. Контроллер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что участок процесса установки сформирован для:
уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки на величину от 10 до 50%, когда установленный коэффициент нагрузки равен или превышает 80% и рассчитанный участком процесса регулирования выдержки времени интервал превышает первый заданный интервал времени;
повторной установки коэффициента нагрузки на основе искомой скорости вращения двигателя, когда рассчитанный участком процесса регулирования выдержки времени интервал короче, чем первый заданный интервал времени, после уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки; и
повторного уменьшения коэффициента нагрузки до нуля процентов, когда рассчитанный участком процесса регулирования времени интервал превышает второй заданный интервал времени, который больше, чем первый заданный интервал времени, после уменьшения установленного коэффициента нагрузки.
9. Электроинструмент, содержащий:
двигатель, приводящий в действие элемент инструмента; и
контроллер двигателя по п.1, управляющий двигателем.
