Abstract
1. Способ производства герметично запечатанных контейнеров для напитков или пищевых продуктов путем сваривания корпуса контейнера и помещенной на горло контейнера крышки способом лазерной сварки с получением герметичного соединения, при котором сваривают весь подлежащий сварке участок корпуса контейнера и крышку одновременно или почти одновременно. ! 2. Способ по п.1, при котором воздействию лазерного излучения подвергают область, охватывающую весь подлежащий сварке участок. ! 3. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором конфигурация лазерного излучения является кольцевой или сходящейся к центру. ! 4. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором конфигурация лазерного излучения такова, что воздействие осуществляют на область большей ширины, чем минимальная ширина подлежащего сварке участка в любом направлении. ! 5. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором контейнер для напитков или пищевых продуктов с крышкой, установленной на корпусе контейнера, подвергают воздействию лазерного излучения во время вращения и/или перемещения. ! 6. Способ по п.5, при котором перемещение контейнера производят непрерывно с постоянной скоростью. ! 7. Способ по п.5, при котором контейнер для напитков или пищевых продуктов с крышкой, установленной на корпусе контейнера, подвергают воздействию лазерного излучения во время перемещения, причем воздействие на контейнер лазерным излучением производят только в то время, когда контейнер находится в заданном диапазоне положений. ! 8. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором корпус контейнера и крышку изготавливают из полимерного материала или металла. ! 9. Способ по п.8, при котором полимерный материал представляет собой полиэтилентерефтал
Claims (12)
1. Способ производства герметично запечатанных контейнеров для напитков или пищевых продуктов путем сваривания корпуса контейнера и помещенной на горло контейнера крышки способом лазерной сварки с получением герметичного соединения, при котором сваривают весь подлежащий сварке участок корпуса контейнера и крышку одновременно или почти одновременно.
2. Способ по п.1, при котором воздействию лазерного излучения подвергают область, охватывающую весь подлежащий сварке участок.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором конфигурация лазерного излучения является кольцевой или сходящейся к центру.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором конфигурация лазерного излучения такова, что воздействие осуществляют на область большей ширины, чем минимальная ширина подлежащего сварке участка в любом направлении.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором контейнер для напитков или пищевых продуктов с крышкой, установленной на корпусе контейнера, подвергают воздействию лазерного излучения во время вращения и/или перемещения.
6. Способ по п.5, при котором перемещение контейнера производят непрерывно с постоянной скоростью.
7. Способ по п.5, при котором контейнер для напитков или пищевых продуктов с крышкой, установленной на корпусе контейнера, подвергают воздействию лазерного излучения во время перемещения, причем воздействие на контейнер лазерным излучением производят только в то время, когда контейнер находится в заданном диапазоне положений.
8. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором корпус контейнера и крышку изготавливают из полимерного материала или металла.
9. Способ по п.8, при котором полимерный материал представляет собой полиэтилентерефталат.
10. Способ по п.9, при котором энергия лазерного излучения, воздействующего на подлежащий сварке участок, составляет от 0,5 до 2,1 Дж/мм2.
11. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором корпус контейнера и крышку изготавливают из алюминия толщиной 0,2 мм или менее.
12. Способ по п.11, при котором энергия лазерного излучения, воздействующего на подлежащий сварке участок, составляет от 17 до 26 Дж/мм2.
