Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造可倾倒食物产品的密封容器的塑料顶盖的方法,并涉及以此种方法制造的塑料顶盖。
背景技术
在众所周知,通常很多可倾倒食物产品(例如,果汁、牛奶、西红柿调味汁以及饮料)都是以各种不同类型和大小的容器的形式出售,例如,由多层材料、以塑料和/或纸为主的层压材料或所谓多层纸板材料制成的平行六面体形包装;大口形状的塑料包装;吹塑瓶子;或玻璃、金属片或铝容器。
所有这些容器都与开口装置配合在一起,以让消费者可获取食物产品,将其倒在饮用容器中或直接从容器中食用。
旋拧盖式开口装置通常用于瓶类容器,然而由多层纸板材料制成的容器经常只简单地提供有撕扯标记,或提供有形成在容器中并由拉片覆盖的倾倒开口。
已知,由多层纸板材料制成的容器也可与热封塑料开口装置配合在一起,这个热封塑料开口装置是通过包装材料直接注塑到容器上、位于开口周围,以完全封闭和密封这些开口。这类开口装置通常限定容器的倾倒开口,而倾倒开口可与(例如)旋拧盖或按扣式盖配合在一起。
当然,注塑开口装置可为各种的大小且甚至可限定容器的整个顶部,人们所知的注册商标为“Tetra Top”的容器便是这种情况,且其顶部图解阐释于专利申请EP-A-0965531中。
然而,如果允许使用高质量的精确成型,则(例如)当包装添加有维他命的果汁时,注塑容器盖便不能在顶盖中整合气体轻质屏障材料层。
例如,如在专利WO 03/061940及专利申请案EP-B-1197438中所述,还已知容器的塑料顶盖是通过吹制一个塑料管状平台而制成,这个塑料管状平台可包括气体轻质屏障材料层。
人们所知的商标为“Tetra Aptiva”的容器便是使用这种技术制造的容器中的一个实例,也就是,具有由多层纸板材料制成的主底部部分以及由吹制一个塑料管状平台制成的用于将液体或可倾倒产品倒入容器内的顶部。
这种技术可提供高成型精度,尤其是对于倾倒开口,但缺点是速度极慢且需要使用特殊用途的设备。
为制造应用至由多层纸板材料构成的容器部分的塑料顶盖,最近设计出一种包括热成型及注塑操作但不包括吹制的方法。
这种方法的一个实例描述于专利申请案WO 2005/044538中,且其包括热成型一个由多层塑料材料构成的片体,这个多层塑料材料具有气体屏障材料层,例如,EVOH。该体部由环形基体部分整体地限定,这个环形基体部分最终配合至容器的纸板底部部分,且该体部由圆柱形颈部部分限定,这个颈部部分从基体部分的内边缘突出且与基体部分一起限定了从其倒出食物产品的倾倒开口。由于热塑是从一片塑料材料开始实施的,所以颈部部分便在与颈部部分伸出的一侧相对的一侧上封闭。如此形成的片体上注塑有塑料材料的保护性外层,且这个保护性外层带有用于将盖子拧上的侧部螺纹。
在以上操作之后,且在应用盖子之前,移除封闭倾倒开口的塑料材料。
如人们所知,用以封闭上述各类容器的盖子正常情况下是由塑料材料制成,塑料材料能使盖子容易地配合至容器并从容器拆下,且当启封盖子时,还可容易地与防潮环分开。正常情况下,盖子通过断裂式连接部件与防潮环连接。
然而,具有上述性质的常用材料(例如,聚乙烯和聚丙烯)无法提供有效的气体屏障,因此盖子面朝倾倒开口内部的侧部在使用时必须与另外的圆盘状气体屏障材料部件配合在一起,在行业中其被称为“衬里”。
因此,上述用于制造组合式纸板-塑料容器的塑料顶盖的方法会涉及大量时间、工作量和材料的浪费。
实际上,在热成型操作之后封闭倾倒开口且在应用盖子之前移除的那部分材料通常占最初材料的约15-20%。
此外,插入盖子内侧的衬里构成了一个另外的部件,必须在将盖子应用至容器之前制造这个部件并将其配合至盖子。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种制造可倾倒食物产品的密封容器的塑料顶盖的方法,该方法设计成以直接、低成本的方式来消除上文提及的缺点。
根据本发明,提供一种制造可倾倒食物产品的密封容器的塑料顶盖的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
用具有气体屏障材料层的塑料片材料来形成成形体部,该成形体部包括环形基体部分及颈部部分;这个颈部部分从该基体部分突出并与基体部分一起限定该容器的倾倒开口,且通过盘形部件在与该基体部分相对的一侧上封闭;及
将盖子应用至该颈部部分;
且该方法特征在于进一步包括如下的步骤:
沿该盘形部件周缘并在朝向该倾倒开口的一侧上制作切口;及
通过粘结将该盘形部件结合至盖子的重叠在盘形部件上的部分,以使该盘形部件限定盖子的气体屏障材料层。
本发明还涉及一种可倾倒食物产品的密封容器的塑料顶盖,该顶盖包括:
环形基体部分;
颈部部分,其从该基体部分突出,与基体部分一起限定该容器的倾倒开口,且通过盘形部件在与该基体部分相对的一侧上封闭;及
应用至该颈部部分的盖子;
且该顶盖的特征在于:该盘形部件沿其外周缘并在朝向该倾倒开口的一侧上具有切口;且该盘形部件结合至该盖子的重叠在盘形部件上的部分,以使该盘形部件限定盖子的气体屏障材料层。

具体实施方式
图5及7中的编号1整体地指示液体或可倾倒食物产品容器(未显示)的塑料顶盖,例如,这个液体或可倾倒食物产品容器可为组合式纸板容器(以下说明提及时仅仅是举例说明而已)或塑料瓶。
顶盖1具有纵向轴线A,且包括:环形基体部分2,在这个所示的实例中,其朝容器内凹;及大致圆柱形管状的颈部部分3,其从基体部分2的内部径向边缘4突出,并与基体部分2一起限定将食物产品倾倒出容器的倾倒开口5。
更具体来说,颈部部分3沿其外侧表面具有用于啮合圆柱形盖子8的互补螺纹7的螺纹6。
盖子8大致由内侧具有螺纹7的圆柱侧壁9限定;并由盘形顶壁10限定;在使用时,盘形顶壁10用于封闭倾倒开口5的顶部。
顶盖1根据下述方法制成。
首先,对包括气体屏障材料层(例如,EVOH)的多层塑料片材料实施优选地为热力塑型(thermoforming)或加热成型(hot forming)操作的成型操作。
这个成型操作制造出中空的大致帽子形状的体部11(图1),体部11在面朝最终将应用至的容器的一侧上敞开,而在相对侧上封闭。
更具体来说,体部11包括:整体限定基体部分2的环形底部部分12;及倒置的圆柱、杯形顶部部分13,其从底部部分12的内部径向边缘轴向突出。顶部部分13具有:侧壁14,其限定颈部部分3的内侧且因此侧向限定倾倒开口5;及封闭倾倒开口5的盘形顶壁15。
接下来(图2),将塑料材料注塑到体部11的顶部部分13的侧壁14的外侧上,以形成螺纹6。
例如,所注射的材料可限于聚乙烯或聚丙烯或聚烯烃。
此时(图3),将盖子8应用至如此形成的体部,以使螺纹6和7相互啮合,并使盖子8的顶壁10定位成毗邻于体部11的盘形顶壁15,或准确来说重叠在盘形顶壁15上。
有利地,通过(例如,超声波焊接)沿至少其外周缘将盖子8的顶壁10及体部11的顶壁15结合在一起;且在体部11的顶壁15上、在面朝倾倒开口5的一侧上形成环形切口16(图4和6)。
因此,体部11的顶壁15限定盖子8的气体屏障材料层17,也就是“衬里”,这个层在可倾倒食物产品包装中常常提到。
如图4和6中所示,超声波焊接操作及切口16的形成由装置18同时实施,装置18大致包括:大致圆柱形管状的压力部件19,其具有与体部11的顶壁15协作的环形工作表面20及超声波产生单元(未显示);支撑部件21,其与盖子8的顶壁10协作,位于与压力部件19相对的一侧上;及引导构件(未显示),其用于使压力部件19往返于支撑部件21移动,以在超声波产生期间获得所需要的压缩力。
压力部件19的外周缘与切割部件22配合在一起,切割部件22作用于顶壁15从而制作切口16。
当启封容器(图7)时,由于切口16的缘故,旋开盖子8便可使顶壁15与体部11分开。且由于焊接的缘故,壁15保持附装至盖子8的顶壁10,而不用丢弃掉。
根据上述说明,根据本发明教示的方法以及顶盖1的优点将显而易见。
具体来说,盖子8的衬里不再需单独地制造,且可简单地由借助成型操作制造的体部11的顶壁15来获得。一方面,此可消除任何材料上的浪费,而另一方面,此可使得制造容器顶盖1的方法极为快速和直接。
很明显,可对本文所述和图解的方法及顶盖1做出若干改变,但此并不违背随附权利要求书中所限定的范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种制造用于可倾倒食物产品的密封容器的塑料顶盖(1)的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
-用具有气体屏障材料层的塑料片材料来形成成形体部(11),所述成形体部(11)包括环形基体部分(2,12)及颈部部分(3,13),颈部部分(3,13)从所述基体部分(2,12)突出,与所述基体部分(2,12)一起限定所述容器的倾倒开口(5),且通过盘形部件(15)在与所述基体部分(2,12)相对的一侧上封闭;及
-将盖子(8)应用至所述颈部部分(3,13);
且所述方法的特征在于,包括如下进一步步骤:
-沿所述盘形部件(15)周缘并在朝向所述倾倒开口(5)的一侧上制作切口(16);
-通过粘结将所述盘形部件(15)结合至所述盖子(8)的重叠在所述盘形部件上的部分(10),以使所述盘形部件(15)限定所述盖子(8)的气体屏障材料层;及
-在与限定所述倾倒开口(5)的一侧相对的一侧上、在所述成形体部(11)的所述颈部部分(3,13)上注塑螺纹(6);所述盖子(8)具有啮合所述颈部部分(3,13)的螺纹(6)的内部螺纹(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:形成步骤是热成型步骤。
3.如前述权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:通过粘结来结合的步骤是感应焊接步骤。

5.一种可倾倒食物产品的密封容器的塑料顶盖(1),所述顶盖(1)包括:
环形基体部分(2,12);
颈部部分(3,13),其从所述基体部分(2,12)突出,与所述基体部分(2,12)一起限定所述容器的倾倒开口(5),且通过盘形部件(15)在与所述基体部分(2,12)相对的一侧上封闭;及
应用至所述颈部部分(3,13)的盖子(8);
其特征在于:所述盘形部件(15)沿其外周缘并在朝向所述倾倒开口(5)的一侧上具有切口(16);且所述盘形部件(15)结合至所述盖子(8)的重叠在所述盘形部件上的部分(10),以使所述盘形部件(15)限定所述盖子(8)的气体屏障材料层,且在与限定所述倾倒开口(5)的一侧相对的一侧上、在所述颈部部分(3,13)上注塑有外部螺纹(6);所述盖子(8)具有啮合所述颈部部分(3,13)的外部螺纹(6)的内部螺纹(7)。
6.如权利要求5所述的顶盖,其特征在于:外部螺纹(6)和内部螺纹(7)啮合在所述盖子(8)的封闭位置中。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的顶盖,其特征在于:所述盖子(8)包括:圆柱侧壁(9),其在内侧具有相关的内部螺纹(7);及顶壁(10),其在使用时封闭所述倾倒开口(5)的顶部并结合至所述盘形部件(15)。
