Abstract

Sistema de corona-tapón perfeccionado para botellas de aluminio y/o acero, consistente en una corona de plástico, adaptada al cuello de una botella de aluminio y/o acero, comprendiendo su procedimiento de colocación y sujeción. El borde de la corona actúa de superficie de contacto para el cierre y sellado por termofusión de la botella. La corona (1) exterior se encuentra constituida por un reborde interior (2), dotado de unos pequeños dientes (10) en su superficie, debajo del extremo superior (3) de la misma, que da lugar a la superficie de contacto para el cierre y sellado por termofusión de la botella (8) o envase. El espesor de la botella se reduce en la zona extrema (4) de su cuello (9), facilitando su deformación y afianzando la sujeción de la corona sobre el cuello (9) de la botella, mediante la introducción por la boca de un molde (5) apropiado a presión, quedando inmovilizada la corona entre salientes (6) de la botella y nervaduras interiores (7) de la corona.
