Abstract
一种密封良好的药用玻璃瓶,包括瓶体(1)、瓶颈(2)和瓶盖(3)。瓶体(1)内设有容物腔体(5),瓶颈(2)下端与瓶体(1)连接,瓶颈(2)上端设有瓶口(6),瓶口(6)通过瓶颈(2)的内腔(7)与容物腔体(5)连通,瓶盖(3)安装在瓶口(6)上。瓶颈(2)的上端面上设有环形凹槽(8)。环形凹槽(8)环绕在瓶口(6)外侧。瓶盖(3)的下表面上设有与环形凹槽(8)相匹配的密封圈(9),密封圈(9)嵌入环形凹槽(8)中,这样可以使得瓶盖(3)将瓶口(6)可靠密封,防止外界水分及细菌的侵入。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装物料的容器, 具体地说, 涉及一种用于包装药品的药用玻 璃瓶。
背景技术
现有的一种用于包装药品的药用玻璃瓶, 包括瓶体、 瓶颈和瓶盖; 瓶体内 设有容物腔体; 瓶颈下端与瓶体连接, 瓶颈上端设有瓶口, 瓶口通过瓶颈的内 腔与容物腔体连通; 瓶盖安装在瓶口上。 另外, 还可包括瓶塞, 瓶塞安装于瓶 颈的内腔中, 瓶塞的外侧面与瓶颈内腔的内壁相配合, 将容物腔体封住。
现有的药用玻璃瓶中, 瓶颈的上端面 (即环绕瓶口的环形平面) 通常为平 面, 相应的, 瓶盖的下表面为平面, 这样, 安装上瓶盖后, 要求瓶盖下表面与 瓶颈的上端面之间必须紧密接触, 方可实现良好的密封。 然而, 在实际使用过 程中, 往往会出现瓶盖下表面或瓶颈的上端面不够平整, 或者瓶盖发生微小变 形的情况, 使得瓶盖下表面与瓶颈的上端面之间存在间隙, 以致药用玻璃瓶密 封性能较差。 由于密封性能较差, 外界的空气将会进入容物腔体内, 空气中往 往含有水份及细菌, 这将会导致容物腔体内的药品受潮或受细菌污染而变质, 难以保证药品的质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种密封性能良好的药用玻璃瓶。 采用 的技术方案如下:
一种密封良好的药用玻璃瓶, 包括瓶体、 瓶颈和瓶盖, 瓶体内设有容物腔 体, 瓶颈下端与瓶体连接, 瓶颈上端设有瓶口, 瓶口通过瓶颈的内腔与容物腔 体连通, 瓶盖安装在瓶口上, 其特征是: 所述瓶颈的上端面上设有环形凹槽, 环形凹槽环绕在瓶口外侧; 所述瓶盖的下表面上设有与环形凹槽相匹配的密封 圈, 密封圈嵌入环形凹槽中。
上述瓶体和瓶颈由玻璃制成一体。
上述瓶盖、 密封圈通常采用弹性材料 (如橡胶) 制成一体。 上述瓶盖安装 到瓶口上后, 密封圈的外表面与环形凹槽的内壁紧密接触, 从而实现良好的密 封。
优选方案中, 上述药用玻璃瓶还包括瓶塞, 瓶塞安装在瓶颈内腔内, 并且 瓶塞的外侧面与瓶颈内腔的内壁紧密接触。 更优选上述瓶塞的上端与瓶盖的下 表面连接 (瓶塞和瓶盖可采用橡胶制成一体), 这样在开启瓶盖的同时可一并将 瓶塞拔出。 瓶塞的外侧面上还可设有至少一环形突起, 当瓶塞处于瓶颈内腔中 时, 瓶塞受压而有微小的弹性形变, 环形突起与瓶颈内腔的内壁更紧密接触, 密封效果更好。
优选方案中, 上述药用玻璃瓶还包括外盖, 上述瓶盖处于外盖的腔体内, 外盖与瓶颈的上部连接。 通常外盖与瓶颈上部螺纹配合 (外盖上设有内螺纹, 瓶颈上部设有与上述外螺紋配合的外螺紋), 通过旋紧外盖, 使外盖对瓶盖产生 向下的压力, 从而使密封圈与环形凹槽之间的接触更紧密, 进一步实现良好的 密封。
本发明在瓶颈的上端面上设有环绕在瓶口外侧的环形凹槽, 并在瓶盖的下 表面上设有与环形凹槽相匹配的密封圈, 密封圈嵌入环形凹槽中, 使瓶盖能够 将瓶口可靠密封, 密封性能良好, 能够有效阻止外界空气进入容物腔体内, 从 而有效阻止外界水份及细菌的侵入, 防止容物腔体内的药品受潮或受细菌污染 而变质, 保证药品的质量, 延长药品的保质期。

具体实施方式
如图 1和图 2所示, 这种密封良好的药用玻璃瓶包括瓶体 1、 瓶颈 2、 瓶盖 3和瓶塞 4。
瓶体 1内设有容物腔体 5, 瓶颈 2下端与瓶体 1连接, 瓶颈 2上端设有瓶口

瓶盖 3安装在瓶口 6上。瓶颈 2的上端面上设有环形凹槽 8, 环形凹槽 8环 绕在瓶口 6外侧; 瓶盖 3的下表面上设有与环形凹槽 8相匹配的密封圈 9, 密封 圈 9嵌入环形凹槽 8中。
瓶体 1和瓶颈 2由玻璃制成一体。
瓶塞 4安装在瓶颈 2的内腔 7内, 并且瓶塞 4的外侧面与瓶颈内腔 7的内 壁紧密接触。 瓶塞 4的上端与瓶盖 3的下表面连接 (瓶塞 4和瓶盖 3可采用橡 胶制成一体), 使得在开启瓶盖 3的同时可一并将瓶塞 4拔出。
另外, 上述药用玻璃瓶还可包括外盖, 瓶盖 3 处于外盖的腔体内, 外盖与 瓶颈 2的上部连接。 通常外盖与瓶颈 2上部螺纹配合 (外盖上设有内螺纹, 瓶 颈 2上部设有与上述外螺纹配合的外螺纹), 通过旋紧外盖, 使外盖对瓶盖 3产 生向下的压力, 从而使密封圈 9与环形凹槽 8之间的接触更紧密, 进一步实现 良好的密封。 如图 3所示, 这种瓶塞 4的外侧面上还设有两个环形突起 10, 瓶塞 4的上 端与瓶盖 3的下表面连接(瓶塞 4和瓶盖 3可采用橡胶制成一体), 当瓶塞 4处 于瓶颈内腔 7中时, 瓶塞 4受压而有微小的弹性形变, 环形突起 10与瓶颈内腔 7的内壁更紧密接触。

1、 一种密封良好的药用玻璃瓶, 包括瓶体、 瓶颈和瓶盖, 瓶体内设有容物 腔体, 瓶颈下端与瓶体连接, 瓶颈上端设有瓶口, 瓶口通过瓶颈的内腔与容物 腔体连通, 瓶盖安装在瓶口上, 其特征是: 所述瓶颈的上端面上设有环形凹槽, 环形凹槽环绕在瓶口外侧; 所述瓶盖的下表面上设有与环形凹槽相匹配的密封 圈, 密封圈嵌入环形凹槽中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的药用玻璃瓶, 其特征是: 所述药用玻璃瓶还包括 瓶塞, 瓶塞安装在瓶颈内腔内, 并且瓶塞的外侧面与瓶颈内腔的内壁紧密接触。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的药用玻璃瓶, 其特征是: 所述瓶塞的上端与瓶盖 的下表面连接。
