本发明公开了一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,包括气雾剂瓶,所述气雾剂瓶瓶口具有向上的开口,在所述气雾剂瓶瓶口下方设置有密封槽,在所述气雾剂瓶的瓶颈处还设置有停止表面,阀门阀盖下压时能抵靠在所述停止表面,所述快速封装气雾剂瓶还包括封口密封圈,所述封口密封圈为圆环O形圈,所述封口密封圈一半预装配到密封槽内,一半裸露在密封槽外,封装时,阀门阀盖受外力变形,挤压封口密封圈,形成密封,外封口装置可以运动到停止表面,表明封口完成。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气雾剂瓶,尤其涉及一种快速封装气雾剂瓶。
背景技术
随着空气污染的日趋严重,国、内外患呼吸道疾病的患者日益增加,呼吸系统用药也逐渐进入药企、医生和患者的视野。哮喘(Asthma)、慢性阻塞性肺病(ChornicObstractivePlumonary Disease,COPD)是呼吸道疾病中对患者影响最严重的两大疾病,2013年世界卫生组织统计数据显示呼吸系统疾病已跃升为第三大高致死率的疾病,死亡率高达14.09%。然而随着新技术在肺部吸入给药取得很大的发展以后,广大患者也更青睐于采用吸入给药的方式来治疗肺部疾病以及支气管疾病。
在治疗哮喘时,使用气雾剂药瓶把药物喷到气管中,是最有效地一种治疗方法。因吸入气雾剂的包装系统在保证吸入气雾剂药品生产质量中占有极其重要的地位,而气雾剂瓶又是气雾剂包装系统中重要的组成部分,同时气雾剂包装系统的封装又是吸入气雾剂药品生产质量提高的一大难点,现有的气雾剂药瓶都是采用封口机进行封装,需要通过繁琐的测量与计算校准阀盖抓口的位置以及密封垫圈的压缩量,再用专门的抓口设备进行封装。本发明就设计了一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,通过阀门阀盖的下压,挤压封口密封圈,使其密封,阀门阀盖下压到一定程度完全密封后会抵靠在气雾剂上的停止表面,完成封装。因此只需下压阀盖到抵靠在停止表面就可以达到快速封装的效果,无需复杂的测量与计算,也无需专门的抓口设备。封口密封圈设置在气雾剂瓶的瓶颈处,能够大大减少与药液接触的面积和时间,降低药液里的浸出杂质。无需调试,即可进行封装,解决了药物在包装系统内的慢性泄露问题,极大地提高了该药物产成品效率,避免药物资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种快速封装气雾剂瓶。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,包括气雾剂瓶,所述气雾剂瓶瓶口具有向上的开口,在所述气雾剂瓶瓶口下方设置有密封槽,在所述气雾剂瓶的瓶颈处还设置有停止表面,所述快速封装气雾剂瓶还包括封口密封圈,所述封口密封圈为圆环O形圈,所述封口密封圈一半预装配到密封槽内,一半裸露在密封槽外。
优选地,在瓶口下方设有与封口密封圈相互配合的密封槽,所述封口密封圈可以装配进在密封槽内,封口密封圈与密封槽相互配合,并且封口密封圈可以进行压缩。
优选地,所述停止表面的角度可设置为15°或30°或45°或60°
或75°或90°等。
优选地,所述封口密封圈为弹性体,优选材质为橡胶、硅胶、TPU等。
优选地,所述气雾剂瓶优选材质为铝合金、不锈钢、带涂层钢或铁、耐压高分子材料等。
优选地,所述气雾剂瓶的壁厚优选为0.1-0.2mm、0.2-0.3mm、0.4-
0.5mm、0.5-0.6mm、1mm等。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
该气雾剂瓶是通过阀门的阀盖受外力,迫使阀盖变形收缩,挤压封口密封圈,使其密封,外封口装置封口时可以运动到停止表面,表明封口完成。因此只需使阀门阀盖变形挤压封口密封圈就可以达到快速封装的效果,无需复杂的测量与计算封口高度以及垫片压缩数据,也无需复杂的抓口设备。封口密封圈设置在气雾剂瓶的瓶颈处,能够大大减少与药液接触的面积和时间,降低药液里的浸出杂质。无需调试,即可进行封装,解决了药物在包装系统内的慢性泄露问题,极大地提高了该药物产成品效率,避免药物资源浪费。

以下描述用于揭露本发明以使本领域技术人员能够实现本发明。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。
如图1-5所示,一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,包括气雾剂瓶1,所述气雾剂瓶1瓶口具有向上的开口,在所述气雾剂瓶1的瓶口下方设置有密封槽2,在所述气雾剂瓶1的瓶颈处设置有停止表面4,外封口装置封口时可以运动到停止表面4上。
在所述密封槽2上装配有封口密封圈3,所述封口密封圈3为圆环O形圈,一半嵌入到密封槽2内,一半裸露在密封槽2外。
所述封口密封圈3与密封槽2相互配合,并且封口密封圈3可以进行压缩,封装时,阀门阀盖受外力迫使阀盖变形收缩直径变小,阀盖直径变小会挤压封口密封圈3,使其密封。
在所述气雾剂瓶1上设置有停止表面4,所述停止表面7具有一定角度5,所述角度5为停止表面边缘线与瓶身边缘线的夹角,所述夹角角度5为60°,外封口装置封口时可以运动到停止表面4上时表明封装完成。

1.一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,包括气雾剂瓶,所述气雾剂瓶瓶口具有向上的开口,在所述气雾剂瓶瓶口下方设置有密封槽,在所述气雾剂瓶的瓶颈处还设置有停止表面,所述快速封装气雾剂瓶还包括封口密封圈,所述封口密封圈为圆环O形圈,一半预装配到密封槽内,一半裸露在密封槽外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,其特征在于,在瓶口下方设有与封口密封圈相互配合的密封槽,封口密封圈可以装配进所述密封槽内,封口密封圈与密封槽相互配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,其特征在于,所述快速封装气雾剂瓶瓶体上设置有停止表面,外封口装置可以运动到停止表面,表明封口完成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,其特征在于,所述封口密封圈为弹性体,可以进行压缩。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,其特征在于,所述停止表面具有一定角度,所述角度为停止表面边缘线与瓶身边缘线的夹角,所述夹角取值范围在0~180度之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,其特征在于,所述气雾剂瓶材料均为金属或塑料或带镀层金属。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,其特征在于,所述封口密封圈的截面直径的取值范围为0.5mm~10mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速封装气雾剂瓶,其特征在于,所述气雾剂瓶的壁厚为0.1mm~5mm。
