Claims (8)
1. Стабильная эмульсия для потребления, содержащая по меньшей мере 50% воды, от 0,2 до 5 мас.% масла, содержащего по меньшей мере 12 мас.% докозагексаеновой кислоты и эйкозапентаеновой кислоты, антиоксидант, ароматизатор, по меньшей мере 0,01 мас.% фосфолипидного эмульгатора пищевого качества, от 0,0005 до 0,1 мас.% вещества каротиноида, от 0,01 до 0,5 мас.% вещества изофлавона сои.
2. Продукт по п.1, в котором ароматизатор включает в себя фруктовый и/или овощной экстракт.
3. Продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором изофлавон сои выбран из генистеина и даидзеина.
4. Продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором фосфолипидный эмульгатор является лецитином.
5. Продукт по п.1 или 2, который обладает вязкостью от 2 до 100 сП при скорости сдвига 1 с-1 и при 25°C.
6. Продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором по меньшей мере один из компонентов, предпочтительно масло, имеет природное происхождение.
7. Продукт по п.1 или 2, который является напитком, упакованным в запаянную тару, причем тара содержит свободное пространство с газом азотом.
8. Способ получения продукта по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором водную фазу, содержащую эмульгатор, и масляную фазу, содержащую рыбий жир, смешивают вместе для получения стабильной эмульсии.
