Claims (25)

1. Защитное устройство, содержащее изображение, имеющее первое множество по меньшей мере из n магнитно выравниваемых чешуек, опирающихся на подложку, в первом узоре с образованием кольца или кривой, при этом чешуйки наклонены под одинаковым первым углом к подложке, при этом n>1000.
2. Защитное устройство по п.1, характеризующееся тем, что плоскости, продолжающие поверхности чешуек, пересекаются друг с другом.
3. Защитное устройство по любому из п.1 или 2, характеризующееся тем, что первое множество магнитно выравниваемых чешуек определяет множество концентрических колец из чешуек, при этом кольца из чешуек заполняют круговую область, а чешуйки, определяющие кольца, образуют по отношению к подложке угол, который увеличивается или уменьшается от наиболее внешнего кольца к наиболее внутреннему кольцу.
4. Защитное устройство по п.1, характеризующееся тем, что содержит второе множество магнитно выравниваемых чешуек, опирающихся на подложку, в узоре, соответствующем первому узору, при этом чешуйки наклонены под одинаковым вторым углом к подложке, причем второй угол отличается от первого угла, а плоскости, продолжающие поверхности второго множества чешуек, пересекаются друг с другом.
5. Защитное устройство по любому из пп.1, 2 или 4, характеризующееся тем, что множество магнитно выравниваемых чешуек распределено по существу во всей замкнутой области и ориентировано в ней с заданным узором, при этом по меньшей мере более 50% чешуек ориентированы так, что линии, нормальные к их отражающим поверхностям, сходятся вдоль одной линии или в одной точке.
6. Защитное устройство по п.1, характеризующееся тем, что содержит n групп магнитно выравниваемых чешуек, опирающихся на подложку, в n узорах, при этом чешуйки внутри каждой из n групп наклонены под одинаковым углом к подложке, причем n групп чешуек наклонены под разными углами к подложке, а плоскости каждой из n групп чешуек пересекаются друг с другом.
7. Защитное устройство по п.1 или 6, характеризующееся тем, что n>10000.
8. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что изображение образует структуру Френеля.
9. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что изображение образует часть приемной или отражающей антенны, при этом чешуйки являются поглощающими или отражающими, соответственно.
10. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что чешуйки имеют площадь поверхности между 100 мкм2 и 10 мм2 и толщину в диапазоне между 100 нм и 100 мкм.
11. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что магнитно выравниваемые чешуйки выровнены с помощью магнитного поля, которое присутствует во всей круговой области.
12. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что чешуйки покрывают всю круговую область.
13. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что по меньшей мере некоторые из чешуек имеют в них или на них решетки, при этом частота и глубина решетки достаточно малы, так чтобы не проявлялись дифракционные эффекты, видимые невооруженным глазом человека, а чешуйки, имеющие решетки, выровнены вдоль линий соответствующей решетки.
14. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что по меньшей мере некоторые из чешуек имеют в них или на них решетки, причем частота решеток менее 200 линий/мм, а глубина решетки менее 100 мкм.
15. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что изображение является изображением конуса, сферы, полусферы или воронки.
16. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что изображение образует напечатанную матрицу отражающих элементов в форме структуры Френеля.
17. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что чешуйки являются однородными по форме.
18. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что некоторое множество чешуек имеет шестиугольную форму.
19. Защитное устройство по п.3, характеризующееся тем, что некоторое множество чешуек имеет в них или на них дифракционную структуру.
20. Оптически иллюзорное изображение, содержащее подложку, имеющую область с чешуйками, покрывающими ее поверхность, при этом чешуйки распределены, по существу, во всей области и ориентированы в ней с заданным узором, причем чешуйки ориентированы так, что линии, нормальные к их отражающим поверхностям, сходятся вдоль одной линии или в одной точке.
21. Защитное устройство, содержащее оптически иллюзорное изображение, имеющее чешуйки, покрывающие всю область и распределенные по всей этой области, и ориентированные с заданным узором, причем чешуйки имеют отражающие поверхности и ориентация чешуек, образующих заданный узор, такова, что линии, нормальные к отражающим поверхностям чешуек, сходятся вдоль одной линии или в одной точке, а заданный узор имеет ось вращения.
22. Оптический элемент, содержащий множество концентрических колец из магнитно выровненных пластинок, расположенных на подложке в форме структуры Френеля.
23. Оптический элемент по п.22, характеризующийся тем, что структура Френеля представляет собой отражатель Френеля.
24. Оптический элемент, содержащий множество магнитно выровненных чешуек, ориентированных в узоре, определяющем структуру Френеля вогнутой или выпуклой формы.
25. Оптический элемент по п.24, характеризующийся тем, что структура Френеля не имеет сферической аберрации.
