Claims (11)
1. Способ получения оксида олефина, включающий взаимодействие исходной смеси, содержащей олефин и кислород, в соприсутствии содержащего серебро катализатора, при этом до достижения общего оксида олефина в количестве 10000 кмоль оксида олефина на м3 слоя катализатора, температура реакции составляет выше 255°С и содержание олефина в исходной смеси находится в диапазоне от выше 25 мол.% до самое большее 80 мол.%, по отношению к общей исходной смеси, причем температуру реакции поддерживают при указанном значении, по меньшей мере, в течение периода, который достаточен для достижения продукции оксида олефина в количестве, по меньшей мере, 1000 кмоль оксида олефина на м3 слоя катализатора.
2. Способ по п.1, где олефином является этилен.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, где содержание олефина в исходной смеси находится в диапазоне от 30 до 80 мол.%.
4. Способ по п.3, где содержание олефина в исходной смеси находится в диапазоне от 35 до 70 мол.%.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 и 4 где содержание олефина в исходной смеси поддерживают при значении, как определяемое по меньшей мере в период, который достаточно эффективен для получения оксида олефина в количестве по меньшей мере 1000 кмоль оксида олефина на м3 слоя катализатора.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, где температура реакции находится в пределах от 260 до 325°С.
7. Способ по п.6, где температура реакции находится в диапазоне от 270 до 310°С.
8. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2, 4 и 7 где температура реакции и содержание олефина являются такими, как определенные перед получением совокупного оксида олефина в количестве 2000 кмоль оксида олефина на м3 слоя катализатора.
9. Способ по п.8, где температура реакции и содержание олефина являются такими, как определяемые перед получением совокупного оксида олефина в количестве 1000 кмоль оксида олефина на м3 слоя катализатора.
10. Способ по п.1 или 2, где катализатор, кроме серебра, включает рений или его соединение, и сопромотор рения, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из вольфрама, молибдена, хрома, серы, фосфора, бора и их соединений.
11. Способ получения 1,2-диола, простого эфира 1,2-диола или алканоламина, включающий получение оксида олефина способом получения оксида олефина по любому из пп.1-10, и превращение оксида олефина в 1,2-диол, простой эфир 1,2-диола или алканоламин.
