Claims (13)
1. Способ использования в имплантате, впрыскиваемом подкожно или внутрикожно в фиброзную ткань, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, одного биоразлагаемого тиксотропного соединения с псевдопластическими свойствами, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, одного биорезорбирующегося тиксотропного соединения с псевдопластическими свойствами, и еще предпочтительнее, по меньшей мере, одного тиксотропного соединения с псевдопластическими свойствами на основе ксантеновой смолы.
2. Имплантат, впрыскиваемый подкожно или внутрикожно в фиброзную ткань, содержащий, по меньшей мере, одно биоразлагаемое тиксотропное соединение с псевдопластическими свойствами, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, одно биорезорбирующееся тиксотропное соединение с псевдопластическими свойствами и еще предпочтительнее, по меньшей мере, одно тиксотропное соединение с псевдопластическими свойствами на основе ксантеновой смолы.
3. Имплантат, впрыскиваемый подкожно или внутрикожно, содержащий микрочастицы, по меньшей мере, одного биосовместимого керамического соединения в суспензии, по меньшей мере, в одном жидком носителе, отличающийся тем, что упомянутые микрочастицы являются биоразлагаемыми и имеют размер от 10 до 80 мкм, предпочтительно от 10 до 50 мкм, при этом упомянутое керамическое соединение содержит, по меньшей мере, один элемент, выбранный из группы, в которую входят трикальцийфосфат (βТСР) и двухфазные продукты (ВРС), включающие в себя НАР и βТСР в меняющейся пропорции, при этом предпочтительно упомянутый элемент является βТСР, и тем, что упомянутый жидкий носитель содержит, по меньшей мере, одно соединение на основе гиалуроновой кислоты и, по меньшей мере, одно биоразлагаемое тиксотропное соединение с псевдопластическими свойствами, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, одно биорезорбирующееся тиксотропное соединение с псевдопластическими свойствами и еще предпочтительнее, по меньшей мере, одно тиксотропное соединение с псевдопластическими свойствами на основе ксантеновой смолы.
4. Имплантат по п.3, отличающийся тем, что упомянутое керамическое соединение, как правило, имеет удельную поверхность, находящуюся в пределах от 0,5 до 100 м2/г, предпочтительно от 2 до 27 м2/г.
5. Имплантат по п.3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что микрочастицы биорезорбируются после имплантации в фиброзную ткань в течение периода от 2 до 36 месяцев, предпочтительно от 3 до 24 месяцев, и еще предпочтительнее от 4 до 18 месяцев.
6. Имплантат по п.3, отличающийся тем, что микрочастицы присутствуют в жидком носителе в соотношении вес/объем, строго превышающем 0% и меньше 15%, предпочтительно находящемся в пределах от 2 до 12%.
7. Имплантат по п.3, отличающийся тем, что жидкий носитель имплантата является биосовместимым гелем, предпочтительно биорезорбирующимся гелем.
8. Имплантат по п.3, отличающийся тем, что соединение на основе гиалуроновой кислоты в основном содержит гиалуроновую кислоту.
9. Имплантат по п.8, отличающийся тем, что упомянутое соединение на основе гиалуроновой кислоты содержит гиалуроновую кислоту с молекулярной массой, превышающей один миллион дальтон, предпочтительно находящейся в пределах от одного миллиона до пяти миллионов дальтон.
10. Способ получения впрыскиваемого имплантата по одному из пп.3-9, содержащий следующие этапы: на первом этапе получают биосовместимое керамическое соединение по п.1 в виде микрочастиц; на другом этапе, независимом или нет от предыдущего первого этапа, получают раствор жидкого носителя, содержащего, по меньшей мере, одно соединение на основе гиалуроновой кислоты и, по меньшей мере, одно биоразлагаемое тиксотропное соединение с псевдопластическими свойствами; после этого керамическое соединение, полученное на первом этапе, вводят в жидкий носитель, полученном на другом этапе, во время конечного этапа с целью получения в основном гомогенной суспензии.
11. Применение имплантата, заявленного в п.2 или в одном из пп.3-9, в виде готового к применению заранее заполненного шприца, в виде готового к применению заранее заполненного флакона или в виде лиофилизированного вещества, требующего предварительного приготовления перед применением.
12. Набор для применения extempore имплантата, заявленного в п.2 или в одном из пп.3-9, содержащий в первой части керамическое соединение, а во второй части - жидкий носитель.
13. Применение имплантата по п.2 или по одному из пп.3-9 для заполнения морщин, и/или морщинок, и/или кожных впадин, и/или шрамов, включающее подкожное впрыскивание такого имплантата.
