Claims (10)

1. Катализатор для разложения N2O в условиях процесса Оствальда, характеризующийся A - носителем, B - нанесенным на него покрытием из родия или оксида родия, или смешанного Pd-Rh катализатора.
2. Катализатор по п.1, в котором Pd-Rh-сплав содержит от >0 до 95% Pd.
3. Катализатор по п.2, в котором Pd-Rh-сплав содержит 30-70% Pd.
4. Катализатор по одному из предшествующих пунктов, который представляет собой катализатор стационарного слоя.
5. Катализатор по одному из пп.1-3, который находится в форме гранул, колец Рашига, пенистых или ячеистых структур.
6. Катализатор по одному из пп.1-3, в котором носитель А состоит из Al2O3, ZrO2, CeO2 или их смеси.
7. Катализатор по п.6, в котором А является альфа-Al2O3 или ZrO2.
8. Применение катализатора по одному из пп.1-7 для разложения N2O в условиях процесса Оствальда.
9. Применение по п.8, в котором разложение происходит при 750-1000оС и 0,9-15 бар.
10. Устройство для разложения N2O в условиях процесса Оствальда, в котором, по крайней мере, один катализатор по одному из пп.1-7 расположен последовательно после сеток катализатора по направлению потока для окисления NH3.
