Claims (25)
1. Пищевая композиция, включающая источник белка, который обеспечивает по меньшей мере 8% общей калорийности композиции и который включает по меньшей мере 50% (от массы источника белка) сывороточного белка, при этом указанный сывороточный белок включает по меньшей мере частично гидролизованный сывороточный белок, источник липидов, в котором соотношение омега 3-жирных кислот к омега 6-жирным кислотам составляет от 5:1 до 10:1 и который обеспечивает по меньшей мере 18% общей калорийности композиции, при этом указанный источник липидов включает по меньшей мере 40 мас.% мононенасыщенных жирных кислот, источник углеводов и витамино-минеральный комплекс, включающий по меньшей мере витамины Е и С.
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой сывороточный белок включает полностью гидролизованный сывороточный белок.
3. Композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой сывороточный белок включает гидролизат сывороточного белка, который составляет по меньшей мере 50% от массы источника белка.
4. Композиция по любому из пп.1-3, в которой по меньшей мере 50 мас.% сывороточного белка составляет гидролизованный сывороточный белок.
5. Композиция по любому из пп.1-4, дополнительно включающая казеиноглюкомакропептид.
6. Композиция по любому из пп.1-5, в которой источник белка обеспечивает до 20%, предпочтительно от 10 до 20%, общей калорийности композиции.
7. Композиция по любому из пп.1-6, в которой источник липидов включает от 40% до 65 мас.% мононенасыщенных жирных кислот.
8. Композиция по любому из пп.1-7, в которой содержание насыщенных жирных кислот составляет менее 30% масс.
9. Композиция по любому из пп.1-8, в которой источник липидов обеспечивает от 25 до 35% общей калорийности композиции.
10. Композиция по любому из пп.1-9, в которой источник углеводов включает сахарозу, кукурузную патоку, мальтодекстрин и/или их комбинации.
11. Композиция по любому из пп.1-10, в которой источник углеводов обеспечивает от 50 до 60% общей калорийности композиции.
12. Композиция по любому из пп.1-11, которая включает по меньшей мере один витамин, выбираемый из группы, включающей витамин Е, витамин С, таурин, фолиевую кислоту и витамин В-12.
13. Композиция по любому из пп.1-12, которая включает по меньшей мере одно пребиотическое волокно, выбираемое из группы, включающей инулин, акациевую камедь, резистентный крахмал, декстран, ксило-олигосахариды, фруктоолигосахариды (ФОС) и/или их комбинации.
14. Композиция по любому из пп.1-13, которая включает по меньшей мере один вид пробиотических микроорганизмов.
15. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-14 в качестве пищевой добавки.
16. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-14 в кормах для домашних животных.
17. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-14 для приготовления принимаемого вовнутрь носителя с целью обеспечения питания лиц с ухудшенной способностью к перевариванию (усвоению) белков.
18. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-14 для приготовления принимаемого вовнутрь носителя с целью обеспечения питания лиц, не получающих адекватного количества пищи.
19. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-14 для приготовления принимаемого вовнутрь носителя в качестве добавки к питанию, получаемого больным на стадии заболевания.
20. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-14 для приготовления принимаемого вовнутрь носителя с целью обеспечения питания лиц с пониженной способностью к перевариванию (усвоению) белка.
21. Применение композиции по п.18 для питания больных анорексией, больных пожилого возраста, больных, выздоравливающих после болезни или после операции, больных, страдающих хроническим гастритом, больных с пониженной переваримостью пищи под действием желудочного пепсина и/или выздоравливающих больных.
22. Способ получения композиции по любому из пп.1-14, который включает стадии смешивания источника белка, источника липидов, источника углеводов и витамино-минерального комплекса.
23. Способ по п.21, включающий стадию гидролиза источника белка одним или более ферментами при рН от 6,6 до 8,8 и температуре от 40 до 70°С при концентрации фермента от 0,5 до 2,5% белка.
24. Способ по п.23, в котором гидролиз белка осуществляется ферментативной обработкой в течение от 5 до 120 мин.
25. Способ по любому из пп.22-24, включающий стадию добавления по меньшей мере одного пробиотика или пребиотика.
