Abstract

Postupak izrade termolepljive međupostave odlikuje se time što se ovaj metod sastoji iz sledećeg:a) postavljanjem, pomoću rama za serigrafiju po šablonu, direktno na površinu osnove (2) tekstilne ili netkane, polimerskih tačaka koje obrazuju donji zaštitni sloj (3a), s tim što je taj polimer termotopljiv i nemrežast, ali može da dobije mrežastu struktutu uz primenu elektronskog bombardovanja,b) postavljanjem na donji sloj (3a), gornjeg sloja (3b) od termolepljivog polimera, koji ne može da dobije mrežastu strukturu uz primenu elektronskog bombardovanja, a koji ima polimernu strukturu kompatibilnu sa polimerom donjeg sloja,c) izlaganjem osnove (2) termičkoj obradi, tako da se pomenuti termolepljivi polimer topi na pomenutom donjem zaštitnom sloju, id) posle termičke obrade, međupostava se podvrgava elektronskom bombardovanju, kako bi polimer pomenutog donjeg sloja dobio mrežastu strkturu.Prijava sadrži još 6 patentnih zahteva.
