Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO COM TELA TERMOCOLANTE E REVESTIMENTO COM TELA TERMOCOLANTE OBTIDO". o processo de fabricação de um revestimento com tela termocolante consiste em depositar, por meio de um quadro de impressão serigráfica, diretamente sobre a superfície de um suporte (2), têxtil ou não tecido, dos pontos de polimero que formam uma subcamada (3a) de proteção, em depositar sobre a subcamada (3a) uma camada superior (3b) de polimero termoadesivo, e em submeter o suporte (2) a um tratamento térmico, de modo a fazer fundir esse polímero termoadesivo sobre a essa subcamada de proteção. o polímero que forma a subcamada (3a) é um polímero não reticulado, mas reticulável por aplicação de um bombardeamento eletrónico e que, além disso, tem uma estrutura polimérica que é compatível com aquela do polímero termoadesivo da camada superior (3b). Após o tratamento térmico, submete-se o suporte de revestimento com tela (2) à ação de um bombardeamento eletrónico, notadamente um bombardeamento eletrónico, de modo a reticular o polímero dessa subcamada (3a). De preferência, o polímero da subcamada (3a) e o polimero da camada superior (3b) têm a mesma estrutura polimérica, tratando-se de copoliamida ou de polietileno.
