Claims (7)
- ΡΕ1600552 1 REIVINDICAÇÕES 1. Processo de fabricação de uma tela termoadesiva caracterizado por consistir: a) depositar por meio de um quadro de impressão serigráfica directamente sobre a superfície do suporte (2), têxtil ou não tecido, pontos de polímero formando uma subcamada de protecção (3a), o referido polímero sendo um polímero termofundível não reticulado mas reticulável por aplicação de um bombardeamento electrónico, b) depositar sobre a subcamada (3a) uma camada superior (3b) de polímero termoadesivo, não reticulável por aplicação de um bombardeamento electrónico, que tem uma estrutura polimérica que é compatível com aquela do polímero da subcamada, c) submeter-se o suporte (2) a um tratamento térmico de maneira a fazer fundir o referido polímero termoadesivo sobre a referida subcamada de protecção, e d) após tratamento térmico submeter-se o suporte de tela à acção de um bombardeamento electrónico de maneira a reticular o polímero da referida subcamada.
- 2. Processo segundo a reivindicação 1 caracterizado por o polímero da subcamada (3a) e o polímero da camada superior (3b) terem a mesma estrutura polimérica, 2 ΡΕ1600552 tratando-se nomeadamente de copoliamida ou de polietileno.
- 3. Processo segundo uma das reivindicações 1 ou 2 caracterizado por a aplicação de um bombardeamento electrónico intervir após o arrefecimento dos pontos do polímero.
- 4. Processo segundo a reivindicação 3 caracterizado por o tratamento térmico por um lado, e a aplicação da radiação por outro lado, serem operações independentes, realizadas em instalações separadas.
- 5. Processo segundo uma das reivindicações 1 a 4 caracterizado por os pontos de polímero termofundível que formam a subcamada de protecção conter um activador radicular por exemplo um monómero do tipo acrilato, escolhido nomeadamente de entre o trimetilolpropano trimetacrilato e o trimetilolpropano triacrilato.
- 6. Processo segundo a reivindicação 5 caracterizado por a camada superior ser realizada a partir de partículas de copoliamida e a subcamada ser realizada a partir de uma dispersão de pó de copoliamida em mistura com um activador radicular por exemplo o trimetilolpropano trimetacrilato à razão de 10% em peso de activador radicalar em relação à poliamida.

Processo segunda uma das reivindicações 1 a 4 caracterizado por os pontos de polímero termofundível que 3 ΡΕ1600552 formam a subcamada de protecção serem à base de um polímero funcional comportando agrupamentos funcionais geradores de radicais livres sob a acção de um bombardeamento electrónico e agrupamentos funcionais aptos a reagir com os radicais livres assim formados.
