Área Técnica da Invenção
A presente invenção está genericamente relacionada com um dispositivo para prevenção do redisparo dos grain peadores cirúrgicos. Mais precisamente, a presente invenção está relacionada com um dispositivo de recarregamento dos cartuchos de grampos esgotados e que evita o redisparo nos grampeadores cirúrgicos.
Antecedentes da Invenção
Os grampeadores cirúrgicos têm-se tornado mud. to vulgares no fecho dos golpes durante as cirurgias. Estes podem executar várias funções tais como o fecho de golpes internos bem como a sutura da pele. Muitos destes têm cartuchos recarregáveis. Tais cartuchos permitem o recarregamento rápido dos grampeadores durante a operação. Isto é, o grampeador pode ser utilizado, o cartucho esgotado removido, e o grampeador cirúrgico carregado com outro cartucho, ficando pronto para utili^

Contudo, o redisparo de grampeadores com cartuchos esgotados é um problema. Por outras palavras, é possível que o cirurgião ao utilizar o grampeador no decorrer da cirurgia o não recarregue inadvertidamente com um cartucho não utilizado. Para a utilização do grampeador, isto é introduzido no golpe e em seguida disparado. Como o cartucho está realmente esgotado, e claro que o grampeador não é capaz de disparar uma nova sucessão de grampos. 0 resultado é uma demora, enquanto se carrega o grampeador cirúrgico.
Síntese da Invenção
Por isso, um objectivo da presente invenção é proporcionar um meio que evite que um cartucho de grampos seja disparado.
Outro objectivo da presente invenção é proporcionar um sistema com que se evitar que um cartucho de grampos seja descarregado de um grampeador e posteriormente recarregado noutro.
Ha ainda um outro objectivo na presente invenção, que é o de proporcionar um sistema de indicação que mostra se um cartucho de grampos foi disparado.
Um outro objectivo da presente invenção é o de proporcionar um sistema com o qual o utilizador pode perceber se um cartucho de grampos não é disparado.
E por fim, a presente invenção proporciona como um sistema pelo qual um mecanismo de bloqueio evita o dispEi ro num grampeador, que esteja a ser utilizado com um cartucho de grampos depois de ser esgotado.
Estes e outros objectivos da presente invenção são realizados por um mecanismo de bloqueio de um cartucho de grampeador cirúrgico. 0 mecanismo de bloqueio e constituido por um dispositivo, accionável após o disparo dos grampos pelo grain peador. Este mecanismo também evita o redisparo do grampeador quando carregado com um cartucho esgotado.
Geralmente ο mecanismo de bloqueio ê uma mola comprimida, que é actuada durante o disparo dos grampos para fazer com que uma protecçâo seja colocada no percurso do mecanismo de disparo. Além disso, o dispositivo da presente invenção contem uma protecçâo de recarga, accionável após o próprio disparo. Esta protecçâo deve evitar que um cartucho de tgrampos descarre gado seja introduzido num grampeador cirúrgico. Isto é, realiza do por um mecanismo, que faz com que o cartucho de grampos se torne demasiado largo, para que possa ser introduzido no grampe ador cirúrgico.

Descrição Pormenorizada da Invenção
Como se vê na figura 1, um grampeador cirúrgico típico deve ter uma maxila superior 20, um sistema de disparo 30, uma maxila inferior 4o e um cartucho de grampos 50, que en caixa na maxila inferior 40. 0 sistema de disparo deve ser geralmente constituído por uma barra impulsora ou cunha de disparo 32, que se distingue melhor nas figuras 2, 3 θ 4. Retornando ã figura 1, o sistema de disparo também deve possuir uma faca 34, que deve estar geralmente no meio das cunhas de disparo 32. As cunhas de disparo 32 devem ajustar-se às ranhuras longitudinais 33 do cartucho de grampos 50, como se distingue melhor na figura 5. Continuando com a figura 5, o cartucho 50 deve ter as paredes de lados paralelos 51, que se ajustam à calha 44 da maxila inferior. Tal como se vê na figura 1, um botão de disparo 42 activa o sistema de disparo 30 de maneira a remeter as cunhas de disparo 32 através do cartucho de grampos 50. Quando as cunhas de disparo 32 passam através das ranhuras longitudinais 33 do cartucho de grampos 50, as cunhas de disparo 32 estabelecem contacto com os accionadores 52, Estes accionadores distinguem-se melhor na figura 6 ou na figura 8. Os accionadores devem activar os grampos, não ilustrados, pelo que serão ejectados, pelas ranhuras 53, ilustradas na figura 5· Na maxila superior 20 há um cavalete, não ilustrado, que deve dar forma aos grampos, quando estes são accionados através das ranhuras 53.

Este mecanismo de bloqueio 90 é constituído por uma fita 92 que tem uma extremidade 94. Esta extremidade anterior é uma mola comprimida, que assenta numa concavidade 59 do cartucho de gram pos 50. Quando a cunha de disparo penetra suficientemente no cartucho de grampos 50, a extremidade anterior 94 da fita 92 é activada, pelo que se move completamente dentro da concavidade ' 59· Para demonstrar o disparo das grampos, é então activado um pendão indicador 58· Quando a fita 90 continua o seu movimento para lá do cartucho de grampos 50, um sistema detentor 98 afasta-se do fecho separador 96, como se vê na figura 3. Quando as cunhas de disparo 32 estão retraídas no cartucho de grampos 50, o fecho do separador 96 é capaz de se mover para o percurso da cunha de disparo 32, tal como se vê na figura 4. Assim sendo, nesse instante a cunha de disparo 32 está impossibilitada de se mover através das ranhuras longitudinais 33 do cartucho de grampos, já que está bloqueado pelo fecho do separador 96. Desta maneira, o mecanismo de bloqueio 90 evita o redisparo do car tucho de grampos 50 esgotado. É claro que como o pendão indicador é activado, o utilizador apercebe-se do facto e pode recarregar o grampeador 10 com um novo cartucho de grampos e ainda não usado. Um aspecto adicional do mecanismo de bloqueio da prje sente invenção é ilustrado pela figura 5· Nela pode ser vista a mola ou protecção de bloqueio 80. Esta protecção 80 é constituí da pelas orelhas 81 que estão assentes sob a cobertura ou manga 82. As orelhas 81 são impulsionadas a partir do cartucho 50 pe la mola 84, que é genericamente uma mola de lâminas integrada no mecanismo de bloqueio 80. Quando a fita 92 avança no cartucho de grampos 5θ para activar o pendão indicador (também ilus trado pela figura 5)» a outra parede 86 da fita 92 também avança. Isto leva a que as orelhas 8l sejam deslocadas de debaixo do invólucro ou manga 82. Mas, quando o cartucho de grampos 50 e re movido do grampeador 10, as orelhas 8l são activadas pela mola de lâminas 84 de modo a serem deslocados através das paredes = 5 =

Então neste momento, o cartucho de grampos 50 já não é im— plantavel no canal 44 da maxila inferior. 0 pensão indicador 58 é outra vez activado, para mostrar que o cartucho de grampos 50 está esgotado. Esta protecçâo de disparo 6θ é constituída por um de bloqueio de mola comprimida 62 e um mem bro de apoio 64. Esse membro de bloqueio de mola comprimido é geralmente puxado do membro de apoio 64 por uma primeira mola 63, que deve ser uma mola de lâminas idêntica à mola de lâminas 84 do mecanismo de protecção 80.
Quando o cartucho de grampos ainda tenha que ser disparado, os accionadores 52 do cartucho mantém a protecção de disparo entre eles. A protecção de disparo 60 é mantida em torno do botão 54, moldado no interior do cartucho de grampos 50. Quando as cunhas de disparo 32 passam através do cartucho de grampos 50 de modo a activarem os accionadores 52, estes são impelidos através das ranhuras 53, pelo que a área que ocupavam fica livre. Quando isto acontece, o membro de bloqueio da mola comprimida 62 pode-se ajustar do membro de apoio 64, por acção da primeira mola 63. Esta posição de protecção de disparo 6θ deve evitar o redisparo das barras impulsionadoras ou da cunha de d is paro 32, depois delas terem sido retiradas do cartucho de gram pos 50. Além disso, como os membros de bloqueio da mola compri da 62 permanecem geralmente numa abertura maior do que a largura do cartucho de grampos 50, quando este é removido da calha 44 da maxila inferior do grampeador cirúrgico 10, o membro de bloqueio da mola comprimida 62 permanece com uma abertura maior do que o cartucho de grampos 50. Isto evita o recarregamento do cartucho de grampos 50 esgotado, pelo que só um cartucho de = 6 = grampos 50, que ainda não tenha sido usado, pode ser inserido no grampeador cirúrgico 10.
Um outro as pecto da invenção pode ser visto nas figuras 8 e 9. Este compreende a protecção de disparo 70, que opera mais ou menos no mesmo sistema de protecção de disparo 60. A protecção de disparo 70 é constituída por uma base de mola comprimida 72, que é mantida fixa no interior do cartucho de grampos 50. Também tem uma parte de bloqueio 74, geralmente que é pressionada pela base da mola comprimida 72 pa ra uma posição no percurso das cunhas de disparo 32. Geralmen te, os accionadores 52 devem manter a protecção de disparo 70 no espaço entre eles. Contudo, quando a cunha de disparo 32 activa os accionadores 52, a protecção de disparo 70 é pressionada para o percurso das cunhas de disparo 32. Nesse momento, as cunhas de disparo 32 não podem mais passar através do cartucho de grampos 50. 0 cartucho de grampos 50 esgotado deve ser substituído com um outro não utilizado.

Geralmente, a tampa articulada 182 mantém a orelha 181 do mado interior da parede 51 do cartucho de grampos 50. Contudo, quando a cunha de disparo 32 do sistema de disparo 30 é expedida através do cartucho de grampos 50 para activar os accionadores 52, a cunha de disparo 32 também entra em contacto com a tampa articulada 182. Isto faz com que as o— relhas 181 do cartucho de grampos 50 sejam pressionadas pela sua força da mola para a posição em que devem permanecer, do outro lado da parede 51 do cartucho de grampos 50. Então, quando o cartucho de grampos 50 é retirado da calha 44 da moxila inferior da grampeador cirúrgico 10, as orelhas 181 afrou xam até ao ponto em que são mais largas do que o cartucho de grampos 50. A única combinação das características propor cionadas pela presente invenção, torna—a bem adaptada para a utilização nos grampeadores cirúrgicos, com o objectivo de evi tar o redisparo ou recarregamento de um cartucho de grampos ci rurgico. Para o cirurgião, isto aumenta a velocidade e o tempo de realização. É natural que estas combinações possam ter apli^ cação noutros tipos de mecanismos de cartuchos-carregadores. É evidente que apesar dos meios gerais serem vantajosos, para ilustrar a invenção foi escolhida a versão particularmente vantajosa. Deve ser compreendido por todos os técnicos, que todas as alterações e modificações que possam ser feitas à presente invenção, não se afastam do seu âmbito, que é definido pelas reivindicações que se seguem e suas equivalentes.
Claims (1)
- -REIVINDICAÇÕES_ 1? Dispositivo de segurança para um grampeador cirúrgico no qual se introduz um carregador de grampos, caracterizado por ser activado pelo disparo dos grampos provenientes do grampeador de forma que o referido dispositivo de segurança evite um novo disparo desse grampeador quando car regado com um carregador esgotado.- 2?
