Ujawniono kompozycję farmaceutyczną i sposób stosowane do hamowania wzrostu komórek rakowych u ssaka. Kompozycja obejmuje enzym ureazy i związany z nim, chemiczny element skuteczny we wspomaganiu dostarczania enzymu do komórek rakowych, gdy kompozycja jest podawana osobnikowi. Ujawniono również sposób zwiększania skuteczności słabo zasadowych związków przeciwrakowych, sposób oznaczania obecności, wielkości lub stanu guzów litych u osobnika i kompozycję do terapii genowej do leczenia raka u osobnika.
