Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av tokomponent-iskrem, hvorved en kjerne av iskrem, hvis overflate er avkjølt til minst ca. -15°C, blir dyppet i en fettholdig belegningsløsning, slik at det dannes et belegningssjikt. Det beskrives også en tokomponent-iskrem som kan oppnås ved fremgangsmåten. Derved bør fettinnholdet i belegningsløsningen være minst ca. 10%.
