Abstract

Det tilveiebringes en metode for fremstilling av en tykk plate av aluminiumslegering og også en slik tykk plate av aluminiumslegering, ved høy produktivitet, god kontrollerbarhet når det gjelder overflatetilstander og flatnet, og forbedret nøyaktighet når det gjelder platetykkelsen. Ifølge fremgangsmåten gjennomføres det i nevnte rekkefølge et smeltetrinn (Sl) for smelting av en aluminiumslegering inneholdende Mn i en på forhånd bestemt mengde, minst én av Si, Fe, Cu, Mg, Cr, Zn og Ti i en på forhånd bestemt mengde, og Al og uunngåelige urenheter som resten, et hydrogengassfjernetrinn (S2) for å fjerne hydrogengass fra den smeltede aluminiumslegeringen i smeltetrinnet (Sl), et filtreringstrinn (S3) for fjerning av mediatorer fra aluminiumslegeringen, hvorfra hydrogengass er fjernet, et støpetrinn (S4) for å støpe aluminiumslegering, hvorfra mediatorene er fjernet for å gi et emne, og et oppkuttingstrinn (S6) for å kutte opp emnet til en på forbånd bestemt tykkelse.
