Abstract

 Mgを所定量含有し、且つ、Si、Fe、Cu、Mn、Cr、Zn、Ti、Zrの内の少なくとも1種を含有し、且つ、残部がAl及び不可避的不純物からなっている、アルミニウム合金を、溶解する、溶解工程(S1)と、溶解されたアルミニウム合金から、水素ガスを除去する、脱水素ガス工程(S2)と、水素ガスが除去されたアルミニウム合金から、介在物を除去する、ろ過工程(S3)と、介在物が除去されたアルミニウム合金を、鋳造して鋳塊を製造する、鋳造工程(S4)と、前記鋳塊を、スライスして所定厚さのアルミニウム合金厚板を製造する、スライス工程(S5)と、所定厚さのアルミニウム合金厚板を、400°C以上融点未満の温度で1時間以上保持することによって熱処理する、熱処理工程(S6)と、をこの順に行うことを特徴とする、アルミニウム合金厚板の製造方法である。
