Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse gjelder et oligonukleotid med en ny struktur og en fremgangsmåte for syntese av en nukleinsyre ved anvendelse av oligonukleotidet som primer. I sin 5'-ende er oligonukleotidet utstyrt med en basesekvens som i det vesentlige er identisk med området som skal syntetiseres ved anvendelse av primeren som utgangspunkt for syntesen. Således kan en nukleinsyre syntetiseres i en iso-term reaksjon ved anvendelse av en enkel reagensblanding. Videre tilveie-bringes en fremgangsmåte for syntese av en nukleinsyre med høy spesifisitet, basert på den ovenfor beskrevne fremgangsmåte for syntese av en nukleinsyre .
