Abstract

Videre tilveie-bringes en fremgangsmåte for syntese av en nukleinsyre med høy spesifisitet, basert på den ovenfor beskrevne fremgangsmåte for syntese av en nukleinsyre .The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide having a novel structure and a method for synthesizing a nucleic acid using the oligonucleotide as a primer. At its 5 'end, the oligonucleotide is provided with a base sequence that is substantially identical to the region to be synthesized using the primer as a starting point for the synthesis.
