Abstract
Vandige preparater for belegning av glassfibre og anvendelse av disse.
Description
Elektrisk halvlederanordning.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår elek-triske halvlederanordninger og spesielt ener-gilikeretteranordninger, hvor halvlederelementet er en halvleder av silisium, germanium, en intermetallisk blanding, e.l. som er anbragt i en ringformet eller sirkulær strukturell enhet.
Det har tidligere vært foreslått å kon-truere en strukturell enhet på en slik måte at. det fremkommer et system med metalliske og/ eller isolerende plater, spesielt ringformede eller sirkulære plater, som er koblet til hverandre for å danne en strukturell enhet som omfatter en eller flere energilikerettere. Likeretterelementet blir da anbragt i en fordypning eller et hull i den strukturelle enhet, f.eks. i en fordypning eller et hull i en plate. De ringformede plater er fortrinnsvis også forsynt med sentrale hull slik at de kan stables på samme måte som er alminnelig kjent for selenlikerettere.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en
alternativ utførelse av en slik strukturell enhet, hvor to praktisk talt plane ringformede metallplater danner de utvendige sider av en strukturell enhet og er isolert fra hverandre ved hjelp av en sirkulær keramisk skive som inneholder likeretterelementet.
En utførelse av oppfinnelsen er vist i fig.
1. Ifølge oppfinnelsen består den strukturelle enhet av to ringformede metall-plater P, og P2 som danner de ytre sider og som samtidig tjener som elektroder for halvlederelementet E. Halvlederelementet E kan være loddet til innsiden av platen P2, og en elektrisk for-bindelse med platen Px kan være etablert ved
hjelp av en fleksibel tråd, D e.l. som strekker seg gjennom et hull i platen P(, og er loddet til utsiden av denne plate ved punktet L. Platene Pn og P2 er isolert fra hverandi*e ved hjelp av en keramisk skive K. I det viste eksempel har skiven K et dobbel-T-formet tverrsnitt. I avhengighet av det ønskede antall halvlederelementer E som skal benyttes, er den keramiske skive K utstyrt med et tilsva-rende antall gjennomgående sylindriske hull Z, og Z2. Det sentrale hull B er anbragt i skivene P,, P2 og i skiven K, slik at den strukturelle enhet kan tres inn på en bolt slik som det vanligvis gjøres for selenlikerettere. Når flere slike strukturelle enheter stables oppå hverandre under et passende trykk, vil det automatisk oppnås en elektrisk seriekobling av halvlederlementene.
Forbindelsen mellom delene P,, P2 og K kan foretas ved hjelp av lodding, når det bru-kes en delvis metallisert keramisk skive K. Ellers kan forbindelsen foretas ved hjelp av liming eller på lignende måter.
I fig. 2 er vist en noe modifisert utførelse av oppfinnelsen hvor platene P, og P, er utstyrt med flens-lignende kanter R, og R, og hvor den keramiske skive K er sylindrisk av form.
Claims (3)
1. Stablebar halvlederanordning omfatt-ende en isolasjonsplate med hull for i det min-ste ett halvlederelement, karakterisert ved at den omfatter en keramisk skive an-
bragt mellom to metallskiver idet halvlederelementet er anbragt i et gjennomgående hull i den keramiske skive og hver av dets to klemmer er elektrisk forbundet med én av metallskivene, og at alle tre skiver er forsynt med et sentralt stablehull, slik at det dannes en strukturell enhet som kan stables på samme måte som selenlikeretter-elementer.
2. Stablebar halvlederanordning ifølge påstand 1, karakterisert ved at metallskivene er utstyrt med flenser slik at disse er koppformede og delvis omslutter den kera- miske skive.
3. Stablebar halvlederanordning ifølge påstand 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at halvlederelementet som er elektrisk forbundet med innsiden av den ene metallskiven, ved hjelp av en fortrinnsvis S-formet tråd er tilkoblet den andre metallskiven.
