Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of insulation property, by cutting off a crescent part of a graphite disc and laminating such deformed graphite discs with insulating spacers so that the directions of crescent cutting of the discs are alternately different from one another. CONSTITUTION:A deformed disc 17, which is prepared by cutting off one of four crescent parts of a disc except for its other square part inscribed on the circumference of the disc, is placed so that the direction 21 of crescent cutting of the deformed disc 17 is parallel with that of the electric field vector 20 of laser light 19. Another deformed disc 23 is laminated with an insulating spacer collar 15 on the former deformed disc 17 so that the direction 22 of crescent cutting of the disc 23 is perpendicular to that of the electric field vector 20 of the laser light 19.
