Description

Beholder av plast og fremgangsmåte ved fremstilling
av samme.
Oppfinnelsen angår en beholder av plast bestående av
to vegger og en bunn, hvor bunnen er brettbart forbundet med veggene for å danne en W-form med den og hvor beholderen har langsgående sveisesbmmer som strekker seg over hele beholderens vegg-fcbyde medregnet bunnen.
Beholdere av plast bestående av to flater og en bunn
er kjent, hvor bunnen forlenger flatene, men er brettet for å
danne en W-form med den. Videre er det kjent beholdere som har langsgående sveisesbmmer som strekker seg over hele flatenes hbyde medregnet bunnen eller også skrå henholdsvis buffede sveisesbmmer.
Ved beholderen ifblge oppfinnelsen er imidlertid disse trekk kombinert på en fordelaktig måte og beholderen utmerker seq ved at sve isesommer som forbinder hver av veggene med en halvdel av bunnen, er anordnet på skrå eller buet, med utgangspunkter som befinner seg i hver av de langsgående sveisestimmer i hver ende av bunnens langsgående midtbrett. Derved byr beholderen ifolge oppfinnelsen i det vesentlige fblgende viktige fordeler: Den tåler trykkrefter og kraftige sjokk uten risiko for sprekk-dannelse,
den har en rasjonell form, takket være hvilken den holder seg helt oppreist.
Denne beholder er dannet av to flater og av en bunn som forlenger disse, men er brettet for sammen med dem å danne en W-form, og to sveisesbmmer langs sidene som strekker seg over hele flatenes hbyde medregnet bunnen og skrå sveisesbmmer eller en buet sveisesbm hvis utgangspunkter befinner seg på de langs siden forløpende sveisesbmmer, i nærheten av bunnens bretter og som forbinder hver flate med den motstående bunnsone.
Takket være denne beskaffenhet og disse sveisesbmmer har den fylte emballasje en bunn med hexagonal form eller rombeform hvis to motsatte spisser er dannet av de ytterste ender av de to sidesveisesbmmer som utgjor to forholdsvis stive stolper og dens

Ved fremstilling blir denne beholder alltid utfort ved sveising og skjæring av et eller flere bånd av plastmateriale,
hvor minst én langsgående kant er brettet for å avgrense W-formen for beholderens bunn utformes, hvis akse er loddrett på båndets eller båndenes akse.
Ifolge en fremgangsmåte ved fremstilling av disse beholdere går man ut fra en til W-form brettet bane og fremgangsmåten utmerker seg ved at der på denne bane foretas kurveformete, henholdsvis skrå sammensveisinger som bare strekker seg i banens til W-form brettede sone og forbinder de utvendige flater av W-formen med de innvendige flater under unngåelse av noen forbindelse av alle fire lag med hverandre, eg at deretter foretas tverrgående sveiseopera-sjoner med tilhbrende kutteoperasjoner for begrensning av beholderens bredde ved samtidig forbindelse av alle fire flater i W-formen. En modifisert fremgangsmåte utmerker seg ved at der anvendes enkel plastbane som er varmesveisbar på begge sine sider, og at der under varigheten av sveisingen av de buete eller skrå sveisesbmmer skyves inn i den innvendige brett av W-formen et inert mellomlegg som bevirker at i hvert tilfelle bare en ytre flate forbindes med den overfor liggende indre flate, og at deretter for utførelsen av de tverrgående sveisesbmmer som avgrenser beholderens bredde og i hvert tilfelle forbinder alle fire flater av W-formen, mellomlegget igjen fjernes.

På tegningene er skjematisk vist i form av eksempler som skal være illustrerende for forskjellige utfbrelsesformer av beholderen, og to typer av apparater for fremstilling av samme, idet fig. 1, 2 og 3 er oppriss av en emballasje i fylt og lukket til-stand, hhv. i perspektiv, sett forfra og halvveis i vertika1snitt, fig. 4, 5, 6 og 7 er skjematiske oppriss og viser en beholder med de forskjellige utfbrelsesformer av sveisesbmmene, fig. 8 er et skjematisk vertikalsnitt av en vilkårlig av disse beholdere, fig.9 er et tverrsnitt som viser plasthylsen anvendt for utfbrelse av beholdere ifolge fremgangsmåten ifolge oppfinnelsen, og fig. 10 viser i perspektiv de forskjellige deler av en maskin for utfbrelse av denne fremgangsmåte.
Den beholder som er gjenstand for oppfinnelsen består som det fremgår av fig. 8 hovedsakelig av |o flater 2 og en bunn 3 som er forbundet med disse og er brettet slik at den danner en W sammen med dem. Forbindelsen av disse flater 2 med bunnen 3 for frem-bringelse av en beholder bevirkes ved hjelp av to sveisesbmmer 4
på sidene, hvilke strekker seg over hele hbyden av flatene 2 og omfatter bunnen 3 og ved hjelp av to skrå sveisesbmmer 5 som bare strekker seg i den W-formede sone som dannes av flatene 2 og bunnen 3} de skrå sveisesbmmer 5 har utgangspunkter 6 som befinner seg i sveisesbmmene 4 på sidene i nærheten av brettene som danner bunnen 3. Denne anordning er serlig viktig fordi det er på grunn av den at beholderen motstår trykkrefter og kraftige stbt uten risiko for sprekker, idet væsketrykket alltid er jevnt fordelt mot beholderens bunn.

Denne horisontale sveisesbm 7 er dessuten utfort samtidig som de skrå sveisesbmmer 5 og med de samme elektroder.
Det skal bemerkes og det er et annet viktig trekk ved oppfinnelsen at de på siden anordnede sveisesbmmer 4 forbinder beholderens to flater 2 som omfatter den sone som dannes av bunnen 3} det folger derav at i denne sone er fire lag forbundet ved hjelp av samme sveisesbm. Derimot forbinder de skrå sveisesbmmer 5 og den horisontale sveisesbm 7, som bare anordnes i bunnsonen 3,
bare to lag av denne bunn, d.v.s. en ytterflate med den tilsvarende innerflate, men ikke de fire flater innbyrdes, d.v.s. de to ytre flater og de to indre flater.
Fig. 4-7 viser forskjellige utfbrelsesformer av disse skrå eller buede sveisesbmmer som er anordnet i bunnsonen 3. I tilfelle av beholderen vist på fig. 1 - 3 er der anordnet to skrå sveisesbmmer 5 og en horisontal sveisesbm 7^når det gjelder den på fig. 4 viste beholder er der anordnet en eneste sveisesbm 8, hvis underste kant er horisontal og hvis overkant er en brukket linje- ved den på fig. 5 viste utfbrelse er der anordnet en enkelt buet sveisesbm 9j fig. 6 viser en utfbrelse hvor der er anordnet to sveisesbmmer 10a, 10b, hvis underste kant er horisontal og hvis bverste kant er skrå} og på fig. 7 er vist en utfbrelse hvor der er anordnet to skrå sveisesbmmer lia, 11b.
Som eksempel skal i det fblgende beskrives en utfbrelses-form av beholdere med utseende som vist på fig. 1-3. Fig. 10 viser i form av et eksempel et anlegg for fremstilling av de nevnte beholdere ut fra et enkelt plastmateriale. Dette materiale kan ha forskjellig utgangsform: over hverandre lagte bånd, brettet folie eller brettet hylster. Fig. 9 og 10 viser dette siste tilfelle. Med 28 er be-tegnet en rull som leverer den avflatede plasthylse 29, hvis to kanter er brettet mot seg selv, slik at hver kant danner en W som vist ved 30. Under bevegelsen av hylsen 29 i pilens 31 retning anbringes to ikke-klebende skjermer 32 som har en lengde som er stbrre enn bredden av en beholder og anbringes mellom de to indre brettesider i bretten 30 i hylsen 29. På begge sider av hver av disse skjermer 32 er der anbragt to elektroder 33 som kan forskyves i et plan loddrett på hylsens 29 bevegelsesretning. Når elektrodene 33 lukkes og klemmer kanten av hylsen 29, frembringer disse de skrå sveisesbmmer 5 og den langsgående sveisesbm 7 og på grunn av tilstedeværelsen av skjermen 32 forbinder disse sveisesbmmer bare den ene av hylsens flater med den tilsvarende innerflate i
bretten 30 og det tiltross for at hylsen på sine to flater består av et varmesveisbart materiale.
Etter elektrodene 33 er der anbragt to andre elektroder 34 som utforer sidesveisesbmmene 4 for hver beholder og etter disse elektroder 34 er der anbragt en tynn plate 35 som deler hylsen etter dens langsgående midtlinje og en skjæreinnretning 36 som atskiller beholderne.
Denne anordning gjor det mulig med særlig enkle midler
å oppnå en beholder som beskrevet og har den ytterligere fordel at den arbeider med en hby ytelse, idet der oppnåes to beholdere i bredden av hylsen 29.

Claims (5)

1. Beholder av plast bestående av to vegger (2) og en bunn (3) , hvor bunnen er brettbart forbundet med veggene for å danne en W-form med dem og hvor beholderen har langsgående sveisesbmmer (4) som strekker seg over hele beholderens vegghbyde medregnet bunnen,karakterisert vedat sveisesbmmer (5) som forbinder hver av veggene med en halvdel av bunnen, er anordnet på skrå eller buet, med utgangspunkter (6) som befinner seg i hyer av de langsgående sveisesbmmer (4) i hver ende av bunnens langsgående midtbrett.
2. Beholder ifolge krav 1,karakterisert vedat beholderens nedre begrensningskant i hele sin omkrets er forsynt med en sveisesbm (7).
3. Beholder ifolge krav 1,karakterisert vedat de skrå sveisesbmmer (5) er slik anordnet at de over en avrundet form (9) går over i hverandre.
4. Fremgangsmåte ved fremstilling av en beholder ifolge krav 1 og 3, fra en til W-form brettet bane,karakterisertved at der på denne bane (29) foretas kurveformete, henholdsvis skrå sammensveisinger (5) som bare strekker seg i banens til W-form brettede sone og forbinder de utvendige flater av W-formen med de innvendige flater under unngåelse av noen forbindelse av alle fire lag med hverandre, og at deretter foretas tverrgående sveiseopera-sjoner (4) med tilhørende kutteoperasjoner for begrensning av beholderens bredde ved samtidig forbindelse av alle fire flater i W-formen.
5. Fremgangsmåte ifolge krav 4,karakterisertved at der anvendes enkel plastbane som er varmesveisbar på begge sine sider, og at der under varigheten av sveisingen av de buete eller skrå sveisesbmmer (5) skyves inn i den innvendige brett av W-formen et inert mellomlegg som bevirker at i hvert tilfelle bare eo ytre flate forbindes med den overfor liggende indre flate, og at deretter for utfbrelsen av de tverrgående sveisesbmmer (4) som avgrenser beholderens bredde og i hvert tilfelle forbinder alle fire flater av W-formen, mellomlegget igjen fjernes.
