Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un material compuesto dielectrico que contiene una resina de benzociclobuteno endurecido y al menos aproximadamente 50% en peso de un rellenador inorganico. Tambien encapsulados electronicos que tienen al menos una capa conductora y al menos una capa del material compuesto dielectrico.
