Abstract
Los objetivos de la presente invencion son: proporcionar una resina absorbente de agua la cual exhibe un equilibrio excelente entre la funcion de absorcion de agua; y ademas proporciona un proceso mediante el cual puede ser producida una resina absorbente de agua que tiene excelentes propiedades de absorcion aun si no se usa un solvente organico hidrofilico, o aun si su cantidad es extremadamente reducida, cuando se lleve a cabo el tratamiento de reticulacion superficial; y ademas proporcionar una resina absorbente de agua para articulos absorbentes como panales. Como medios para lograr esos objetivos, el proceso de acuerdo a la presente invencion para la produccion de la resina absorbente de agua comprende: un paso (1) de polimerizar un componente monomerico que incluye un monomero insaturado que contiene un grupo acido como un componente esencial para obtener por lo tanto un polimero de hidrogel; un paso (2) de secar y pulverizar el polimero de hidrogel para obtener por lo tanto un polvo de resina absorbente de agua, un paso (3) de agregar un agente de tratamiento de reticulacion superficial al polvo de resina absorbente de agua, donde el agente de tratamiento de reticulacion superficial incluye un agente de reticulacion superficial y agua como componentes esenciales que tiene un contenido de solvente organico hidrofilico del 0 al 10% en masa en relacion al agente de tratamiento de reticulacion superficial; y un paso (4) de calentar la mezcla resultante para llevar a cabo por lo tanto un tratamiento de reticulacion superficial, donde desde el fin del paso (3) hasta el inicio del paso (4) esta dentro de 5 minutos.
