Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un agente estabilizador de proteina para estabilizar una suspension de proteina en un liquido acido acuoso tal como un jugo; el agente estabilizador de proteina esta compuesto de una pectina con alto contenido de metoxilo y un alginato de propilenglicol; la presente invencion tambien incluye composiciones para la suspension en un liquido acido acuoso que comprende un material de proteina y un agente estabilizador de proteina que contiene una pectina con alto contenido de metoxiio y un alginato de propilenglicol; la invencion incluye ademas suspensiones de proteina acidas acuosas y metodos para producir dichas suspensiones, en donde las suspensiones tienen un pH de 3.5 a 5.5 y contienen una suspension estabilizada de un material de proteina y un agente estabilizador de proteina que contiene una pectina con alto contenido de metoxilo y un alginato de propilenglicoi en la misma.
