Abstract
"AGENTE ESTABILIZANTE DE PROTEìNAS PARA A ESTABILIZAçãO DE UM MATERIAL PROTéICO EM MEIO áCIDO AQUOSO, COMPOSIçãO PARA SUSPENSãO EM UM LìQUIDO áCIDO AQUOSO, MéTODO DE ESTABILIZAçãO DE PROTEìNAS EM UM LìQUIDO áCIDO AQUOSO E MéTODO DE FORMAçãO DE UMA SUSPENSãO ESTáVEL DE MATERIAL PROTéICO EM SUCOS áCIDOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um agente estabilizante de proteínas para a estabilização de uma suspensão de proteína em um líquido ácido aquoso, assim como um suco. O agente estabilizador de proteína é composto pela pectina com alto metoxil e pelo alginato de propileno glicol. A presente invenção também inclui composições para a suspensão em um líquido ácido aquoso compreendendo um material protéico e um agente estabilizante de proteína que contém a pectina com alto metoxil e alginato de propileno glicol. A presente invenção inclui adicionalmente suspensões ácidas aquosas de proteínas e métodos para a produção de tais suspensões, onde a suspensão possui pH de 3,0 a 5,5 e contém suspensão estabilizada de material protéico e agente estabilizante de proteina contendo nele, pectina com alto metoxil e alginato de propileno glicol.
