Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con un catalizador de una sola capa de alto rendimiento que contiene sobre un cuerpo portador inerte un recubrimiento catalitico que comprende platino, rodio y varios materiales de oxidos. El catalizador esta caracterizado porque el recubrimiento catalitico comprende un soporte de una primer alumina activada, un oxido mezcla de ceria/circonia rico en ceria y opcionalmente circonia, todo catalizado con una primera parte de la cantidad de platino total del catalizador, y un segundo soporte de alumina activo catalizado con la segunda parte de la cantidad de platino total y con rodio.
