Abstract
Un aparato de doblado que comprende: (a) un primer manipulador para constituir medios de alimentación (22) que se colocan en una primera posición y alimentan un material metálico hueco (25) en su dirección longitudinal, el material metálico (25) tiene una sección transversal cerrada; (b) un segundo manipulador para soportar tanto medios de calentamiento (23) como medios de enfriamiento, los medios de calentamiento (23) están dispuestos en una segunda posición corriente abajo de la primera posición en la dirección de alimentación de material metálico y calientan todo o una parte del material metálico que se alimenta, los medios de enfriamiento se colocan en una tercera posición corriente abajo de la segunda posición y enfriar la porción del material metálico que se aumentó, la porción es la que fue calentada por los medios de calentamiento; y (c) un tercer manipulador para constituir segundos medios de soporte (24) que se colocan en una cuarta posición corriente abajo de la tercera posición y doblan el material metálico que se alimenta, el doblado del material metálico se realiza de manera tal que mientras que sostiene al menos una parte del material metálico se mueven en una dirección bi-dimensional o tri-dimensional, los segundos medios de soporte (24) aplican momento de doblado a la porción calentada del material metálico.
