Abstract
Se proporciona un método para producir una aleación de aluminio a través de un intercambiador de calor formada al aplicar un material de revestimiento, el cual se obtiene al mezclar un polvo de Si (silicio), un polvo fundente, y un aglutinante, a la superficie de un tubo refrigerante multi-orificios, plano formado de un material extruido de una aleación de aluminio, que coloca una aleta desnuda de aleación de aluminio y suelda el producto resultante. El tubo refrigerante está formado de un material extruido de una aleación de aluminio que comprende 0.5 a 1.7% de Mn (Manganeso), menos del 0.10% de Si (Silicio), y menos del 0.10% de Cu (Cobre), y el restante es Al (Aluminio) e impurezas inevitables. La aleta es una aleta corrugada obtenida mediante el moldeo de un material de aleación de Al-Mn-Zn. El material de revestimiento se obtiene mediante la mezcla de polvo de Si (Silicio), un compuesto de polvo fundente que contiene Zn (Cinc), un polvo fundente compuesto libre de Zn (Cinc), y un aglutinante. La cantidad de polvo de Si (silicio) aplicada es de 1 a 4 g/m2. El potencial es el más alto en una sección profunda del tubo refrigerante del intercambiador de calor producido por medio de la soldadura, y el potencial disminuye en el orden de la superficie del tubo refrigerante, un filete de aletas conjuntas, y la aleta.
