Abstract

Se divulga un intercambiador de calor hecho de una aleación de aluminio, el cual tiene una alta resistencia a la corrosión, permite la reducción de peso de una capa así como el costo, y es particularmente adecuado como un intercambiador de calor automotor. Específicamente se divulga un intercambiador de calor hecho de una aleación de aluminio, lo cual se produce aplicando un agente de revestimiento que comprende una mezcla de un polvo de Si (Silicio) y un polvo de flujo compuesto que contiene Zn (Zinc) y un aglutinante en la superficie del tubo de la trayectoria del refrigerante, que fija una aleta hecha de una aleación de Al-Mn-Zn (Aluminio, Manganeso, Zinc), y calentar el producto resultante en la atmósfera del horno para soldar la aleta. El intercambiador de calor se caracteriza por los siguiente temas: el tubo de la trayectoria del refrigerante comprende un material de extrusión hecho de una aleación de aluminio que comprende 0.5 a 1.7% de Mn (Manganeso), menos del 0.10% de Cu (Cobre) y menos del 0.10% de Si (Silicio), con el resto que es Al (aluminio) e impurezas inevitables; en la mezcla, el porcentaje de mezcla del polvo de Si (Silicio) con el polvo de flujo compuesto que contiene Zn (Zinc) es de 10:90 a 40:60; el aglutinante es añadido a la mezcla en una cantidad de 5 a 40% con respecto a la cantidad total del revestimiento del agente; el revestimiento del agente se aplica a la superficie externa del tubo de la trayectoria del refrigerante en una cantidad que el polvo de Si (Silicio) y el polvo de flujo compuesto que contiene Zn (Zinc) se aplique en una cantidad total de 5 a 30 g/m2; la superficie del tubo de la trayectoria del refrigerante muestra un potencial más bajo que aquel que está en un área de capas más profundas que la difusión de profundidad del Si (Silicio) y Zn (Zinc) después de soldar con calor, y la diferencia en el potencial eléctrico es de 20 a 200 mV; y la aleta tiene un potencial eléctrico más bajo que aquel del área más profunda del tubo de la trayectoria del refrigerante.
