Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento mejorado para la fabricación de una bebida alcohólica, incluyendo las etapas de proporcionar una fuente de azúcar con al menos una instancia de fermentación, y simultáneamente la adición de material vegetal de la familia fabácea durante la etapa de fermentación, potenciando así la extracción de los compuestos extraíbles del material vegetal, útiles para impartir un sabor único y aroma a la bebida alcohólica. La bebida alcohólica puede ser un vino, cerveza o bebidas de sidra.
