Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para producir cerveza, que comprende los pasos de: preparar una pulpa; realizar una separación de sólidos/líquidos de la pulpa para obtener un mosto, dividir el mosto en a) una parte altamente concentrada con un primer mosto, y b) una parte menos concentrada, en donde la parte menos concertada tiene por lo menos el 5 % de la cantidad de extracto de la pulpa, procesar la parte altamente concentrada del mosto, en donde el procesamiento comprende diluir la parte altamente concentrada del mosto antes de embotellar la cerveza, y conducir por lo menos algo de la parte menos concentrada del mosto hacia un proceso de braceraje.
