Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar una bebida a base de malta que comprende al menos dos componentes de sabor A y B en una relación ponderal A/B de Xfinal, comprendiendo' dicho método las etapas de: - preparar y fermentar un mosto para obtener una bebida fermentada a base de malta que comprende al menos dos componentes A y B hidrosolubles, distintos de alcohol o agua, en una relación ponderal A/B de X1 > XEinai; ajustar la relación ponderal A/B a la concentración de dicha bebida fermentada a base de malta mediante la separación de agua de la misma para obtener una bebida concentrada a base de malta que tiene una relación ponderal A/B de X_'inali caracterizado porque la relación A/B de X1 se determina anticipando el ajuste de la cantidad de componente A en la bebida durante la concentración.
