Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un polinucleótido modificado que codifica aspartato quinasa; EC: 2.7.2.4 en lo sucesivo en el presente documento denominado LysC), transcetolasa; (EC: 2.2.1.1 en lo sucesivo en el presente documento denominado Tkt) o piruvato carboxilasa (EE: 6.4.1.1 en lo sucesivo en lo sucesivo en el presente documento denominado Pyc), en el que el cordón de inicio está sustituido con ATG, un vector que incluye el mismo, un microorganismo transformado con el vector, y un procedimiento para producir L-lisina utilizando el mismo.
