Abstract
본 발명은 비천연 아미노산 생산 균주에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 트랜스아미나제를 코딩하는 유전자가 도입된 비천연 아미노산 생산용 코리네박테리움속 균주, 상기 균주를 제조하는 방법, 상기 균주를 이용하여 비천연 아미노산을 제조하는 방법 및 상기 균주의 비천연 아미노산 생산 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 비천연 아미노산 생산용 균주는 일반적인 생물전환 중 발생하는 알파키토글루타레이트를 추가 비용 없이 저농도로 유지하고, 생물전환에 사용되는 글루탐산을 효율적으로 생산하는 코리네박테리움 속 균주를 이용하여 효율적이며 간편하게 원하는 비천연 아미노산을 제조할 수 있다.
