Abstract

The present invention relates to variant polynucleotides in which an initiation codon of each polynucleotide coding aspartate kinase; EC:2.7.2.4 (hereinafter LysC) transketolase; EC:2.2.1.1 (hereinafter Tkt) or pyruvate carboxylase; EC:6.4.1.1 (hereinafter Pyc) is substituted by ATG. The present invention also relates to a vector comprising the variant polynucleotides microorganisms transformed by the vector and to a method for producing L lysine using the microorganisms.
