Abstract

La invención se refiere a un substrato recubierto para empacar aplicaciones que comprende un substrato de acero reducido único recocido por recristalización o un substrato de acero reducido doble que fue sometido a recocido por recristalización entre el primer y segundo tratamiento de laminación en frío, en donde uno o ambos lados del substrato está recubierto con una capa de aleación de hierro-estaño que contiene al menos 80 por ciento en peso (peso %) de FeSn (50% hierro y 50% estaño) y en donde la capa o capas de aleación de hierro-estaño son proporcionadas con una capa de recubrimiento de metal de cromo - óxido de cromo producida mediante un proceso de electrochapado de cromo trivalente, y en donde el grosor de la capa de recubrimiento de metal de cromo - óxido de cromo corresponde al menos a 20 mg Cr/m2 y un proceso para producir dicho substrato recubierto.
