Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un microorganismo que produce y/o secreta un compuesto organoquímico; el microorganismo demuestra una expresión de una o más subunidades proteínicas del transportador ABC con la actividad de un importador de trehalosa, en donde la expresión se aumenta en comparación con la cepa de partida respectiva, en donde el microorganismo es capaz de captar la trehalosa del medio; y con un proceso para la producción de un compuesto organoquímico usando el microorganismo de acuerdo con la invención, en donde se reduce o se evita una acumulación de trehalosa en el caldo de fermentación. Microorganismo, de la especie Corynebacterium glutamicum, que produce y/o secreta un aminoácido L, caracterizado porque el microorganismo tiene una expresión aumentada, comparado con la cepa de partida particular, de un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido con una secuencia de aminoácido representada en la SEC ID NO: 8 ó 20, el polipéptido siendo una subunidad de un complejo de proteínas que tiene la actividad de un importador de trehalosa, el polipéptido tiene actividad permeasa, siendo tal microorganismo capaz de captar la trehalosa del medio.
