Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir una proteína por medio de un microorganismo que comprende; (a) introducir una construcción de expresión en un microorganismo que comprende un promotor y un ácido nucleico que codifica para la proteína; (b) expresar la proteína en el microorganismo, en donde el microorganismo pertenece a la especie Bacillus pumilus; y en donde el microorganismo es de esporulación inhibida como un resultado dela supresión del gen spoIV (yqfD) o partes del mismo.
