Abstract

The aim of the invention is to increase the product yield of protein in a microbial fermentation process. Said aim is achieved by means of a method in which an expression construct is introduced into a microorganism of the species Bacillus pumilus which expression construct comprises a promoter and a nucleic acid that codes for the protein and the protein is expressed in said expression construct.
